Whenever I have made a booking and then left my car at MyCar, I have been treated with so much respect and courtesy, it has an absolute pleasure to deal with your people. I always leave feel confident that my vehicle has been seen to by totally competent staff, who give me a complete rundown of what work has been done and if they recommend any future possible work.

I found the Port Macquarie team were able to fix a serious ongoing issue my Ute was having …. when other mechanics could not. They always explain what repairs are needed now and what work will be needed in the future. Customer service is excellent including Jodie on the front desk, Mick the manager and mechanic Troy. There is no mechanical issue they cannot solve!

Travelling from Sydney to Gold Coast when the check engine light came on. Called into MyCar Port Macquarie, 30 mins before closing time. The team did everything they could to help out. Excellent service, Great knowledge and outstanding customer service. Thank you.

My car blew a head gasket on the highway from Brisbane to Sydney, and I had to get towed to a mechanic; I'm so grateful that it was the wonderful team at mycar Tyre and Auto in Port Macquarie. Not only did they immediately check out my car to see the damage, but when they ascertained the car was not going anyway and I would have to stay the night in Port Macquarie, they drove me to the nearest hostel. They were not just professional but extremely kind and empathetic. If you have to get stuck in Port Macquarie with a broken-down car, you want to be here. Thanks to the phenomenal team at mycar Port Macquarie, I was able to get my car back to Sydney and up and running again. Highly recommend!

Great job, but 2 hours to get a pink slip was too long

Absolutely professional staff,,spent a lot less than expected and won't be using anyone else in the future.

Went in for a pink slip, failed the first one due to a cracked rim, went back in with some new rims on the boys check them out and pass for me, very quick service, really helpful as I had registration coming up in the next few days, my car and auto is the place to go, very understanding and helpful .

It was easy to get an appointment at short notice. The staff knew what I needed and provided advise that was so very useful. Quite a friendly staff, both over the phone as well as in store.

Not only did they do a great job at fixing my car (Air-con) they were very informative with what was happening and what I need to do moving forward. They told me everything I needed to do, the customer service was very impressive and efficient.
