Fabulous service today at Mycar in Salamander Bay. I had a puncture and it was quickly fixed at a moments notice. Highly recommend them. Will definitely be back.

The staff were there to help me
The staff were there to help me. Called in mid afternoon Friday with low tyre pressure on our car. I didn't have the time to wait on this occasion they needed to test the system.
I was asked if i could come back next morning, Saturday. They checked the vehicle. I needed two new tyres and wheel balance. I had my car back in just over 2 hrs. Very pleased.

Highly recommended
After travelling from Sydney, we arrived in Salamander Bay with a nail in one tyre and a suspected slow leak in another. The team at mycar Tyre & Auto Salamander Bay got the car on the hoist, removed the nail, repaired the tyre, and tested the second one—all free of charge. Tom gave honest, helpful advice on how to get the most out of our tyres. It’s rare to find this level of genuine, trustworthy service. Highly recommended.

A bloody rip off.
Car rego was completed pending my car horn repair. Returned after repair then told my car had oil leaking all over the engine. Ask what is needed they said we need to pull it apart before we can tell. Alarm bells, scam. Ordered Kumo tyres but got cheap chinese shit.

All staff members are very friendly
All staff members are very friendly, the only issue we had this time was we were told car would be ready after lunch,so we went away came back just after lunch & car hadn't even been looked at,that's fine but a phone call would had been nice to received, so we had to hang around for another few hrs.
We have always had good service before & yes I know they can be busy but just a call would had been nice

Meant to be ready by 11:15 a.m
Meant to be ready by 11:15 a.m. but not until 2:00 p.m. Time unsuitable for pickup. No windows cleaned, no tyres blacked. Kept waiting 10 to 15 minutes to pick up car even though all prepaid. Very disappointed
