Very friendly team, had my car serviced very quickly, I was notified it was ready to pick up 2 hours sooner than expected. They do a great job!!

Service to customer was provided in a polite concise manner.
Repairs were done promptly thus I was without a car for the shortest time possible.

Always have my car serviced here. No problems with the car.
Was a little annoyed that I waited all day and never received a call to say my car was ready.
My car was just sitting there. Finished and no message or phone call.

Great job, good communication. Up front with any delays. Watched the crew whilst I was waiting. Very professional and appeared to enjoy their work. Boys didn’t stop. Place is clean and squared away. Looked after both my vehicles, returned my old work Patrol cleaner than I’ve seen it in years. Price is good too.

Took my car in for a pink slip and tyres.
I walked in to pick my car up to the man at reception smiling and he said in a negative tone what are you smiling for
No hello. Then went to tell me my car didn’t pass for issues that were not new. The decision to fail my pink slip was done by eye and I was not given the brake test recipe it. Then I was there for over 30 minutes could not pay via Afterpay which left me short and then couldn’t pay via card- was made to walk over and get cash out.
Later my partner called to inquire why my car failed- the man then told my partner they would refund the pink slip amount as it obviously wasn’t done.
I took my car to another mechanic and it passed straight away.
I returned a few days later for the refund to find it had to go back on my card and couldn’t be returned as how I paid and I took the man at the front desk 23 minutes- I timed it because I was then late for work to preform and give me the refund.
Would not recommend at all there are so many better local nice mechanics in our area.

May sound silly but I felt like i was driving away in a new car after my service.

The first time i went to them was only for an enquiring but they were able to fix my issue on the spot. and so i decided to go back again for my general service. they are prompt and helpful.

After finding I had a flat tyre, I reluctantly changed the tyre fitting the skinny speed rated spare. My day required that I travel up the M1 at 110kmph which I wouldn't be able to do. In short, I went to mycar and whilst the service centre was fully booked, the service man offered to repair the tyre over the next hour and get me on my way. When I returned, the tyre had been fixed and put back on the car. The best part of my saga was there was NO CHARGE. What an unbelievable service!

Not very good company can't even fit tires cause there not from there yet nelson bay same company has done then for me for past 10 years. And the manger sounded drunk on the phone wouldn't recommend

I dropped in to book in for a battery check and Nathan checked my car then and there. So helpful and kind, he explained what he was testing on my car without making me feel like an idiot! He was quite literally Doctor Car, he put my mind at rest and gave me some very helpful advice too. I will definitely use this welcoming, friendly garage in the future, highly recommended.
