It was really good experience with them. Have been using them since one year.

The whole experience was smooth and stress free. No pressure. Not spoken too like I was an educated human.
Got told by a "buyer" that my car was at the early stages of an oil leak and upon booking in and getting serviced that rest assured that it was fine and no leak.
So many dodgy people out there wanting to take all your money, for issues that are not even present.
Will be back again for it next service early next year

I recently had my car serviced here and overall it was a positive experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and they explained clearly what work needed to be done. The service was completed within the expected timeframe, and my car feels smoother to drive now.

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait easier. Prices seemed fair for the work carried out, though I think there’s still a little room for improvement in terms of communication updates during the process.

Overall, I’m happy with the service and would consider returning for future maintenance.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences with your service center. I have brought my vehicle to you twice for servicing and repairs. I initially chose your garage based on the positive online reviews, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite.
Following the first service, I was informed that a "smeg plug" needed replacement, which you stated was damaged by a previous mechanic. While I appreciate the diagnosis, I was concerned that the car seemed to be performing worse after the service. Furthermore, a new "low spare pressure" alert began appearing on my dashboard, which was not an issue prior to this visit.
Trusting your team's assessment, I returned for the second service to specifically address these ongoing issues. I was told that the spare tire pressure had been checked and the alert should resolve itself after some driving. Regrettably, this is not the case. The alert still only disappears after driving for a significant period (over 20 minutes), the exact same behavior it exhibited before the service. The issue I paid to have fixed has not been resolved.
I am disappointed that after two separate services, the original concerns I brought the car in for remain, and a new issue appeared after the first visit. The services I have paid for have not delivered the expected or promised results. I believe this feedback is important for you to maintain the quality of service that your online reviews seem to reflect.

Professional and trustworthy

Communication and just very honest, took my ve Calais for a check engine light, turned out to be a minor fix and they only charged me for the scan which was $60. Now I’m just awaiting for my next book in for my link pins to be done but other than that these blokes are top notch, cheers to the crew at mycar, definitely will be coming here for my next due service.
