I was told on pickup of the car…
I was told on pickup of the car (1HU1YY) that a full rotate and balance of the wheels could not be done due to a different tread on one of the tyres.
As it turns out, the tyre in question was installed by mycar Templestowe on 24 October 2023 ( a Kumho KL33 98H was installed instead of a Kuhmo KH 225/55R18 98V on the other 3 wheels. No discount was given despite a full rotate & balance not being done. As a result, I probably won't be going back again next year.

Fantastic & Fast Service!
I had an issue with my engine overheating and upon taking it to the guys at MyCar Templestowe in the morning, then fit me in ASAP in-between school drop off and ensured it was fixed the same day so I could pick up my child at school pick up. Fantastic, fast and friendly service as always. Highly recommend! 5*****
