Aaron and The team at Golden Grove have been fantastic, whilst not a great outcome for my car they were honest and helpful and would reccomend.

One of our cars collided with a curb during heavy rain as a result of aquaplaning, which caused some minor damage to the rim and tyre. I reached out to Josh at MyCar – The Grove to discuss my concerns about possible wheel alignment issues and tyre damage.

Josh was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit us into an already busy schedule. He quickly assessed the situation and ensured everything was sorted promptly. During the process, Marc also identified an issue with the car battery, which was replaced on the spot, saving us further trouble down the track.

I highly recommend this store for all mechanical and tyre needs. The team is attentive, professional, and genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Convenient location, professional staff and great communication and customer service. Logbook service completed in timely manner and to OEM specifications.

Booked my car in for a service, spent $5k on service and repairs... after the service I was advised of a transmission error code that all they did was clear it... turns out the error code is a massive one and more often than not requires the transmission to be replaced... this costs upwards of $16k... if I had been told of the error code prior to approving repairs I would not have approved them until the transmission was looked into further... why would anyone willingly spend $5k on repairs when there could be an additional $16k in repairs having to be undertaken? Would have been better off knowing the true issues and considering scrapping the car and buying something else... potentially I have flushed $5k down the toilet

I have been having my car serviced at the Grove for the past 5 years including having new tyres fitted.
I have recommended your service to many friends but yesterday was the worst service on the people side I have experienced.
Firstly when I called the week prior to make the booking the Indian chap could barley understand why I was calling and had a lot of trouble locating my vehicle on the system .
I told him clearly I would be bring the car in at 11 am but at 10 am I was getting txt messages as to where I was
The service took over 5 hours when I as told it would be 2-3 hrs.
I had no calls or communications during this time
Every time I enquired on the timing I was told another half an hour or another 5 mins.
In the last half hour my partner and I stood out side waiting again with no acknowledgement In fact the Indian mechanic drove in after a road test and walked strait past us with out a word that the vehicle was now ready
Please this is not targeted at the mechanic being of Indian race It is purely of poor service
I was very disappointed and in fact when I need a service I will check on who is working

My tyres are rotated every 6 months for tyre wear guarantee and was done within an hour or less after dropping my car off - and they fixed a small puncture no charge too . . 👍

Easy booking system, they looked over my car, found the issues and phoned me to explain exactly what was wrong, what needed to be fixed there and then, and what needed to be done in the future. Can’t fault their service, no hard upsell, and my car drives beautifully now.

The friendly man who served us was fantastic! We will definitely be back again. I can’t remember his name but he has 4 kids (I remember because my husband and I have the same amount of kids). I wish I got his name for this review.

Got a puncture on my way to an appointment, they put me straight in, popped the new tyre on, they were so incredibly helpful, and professional. I am very grateful!
