Great service

Really good experience for my puncture repair. Booked that morning for 1pm. Dropped it off at around 10am and picked up at 2pm. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I’ve had puncture repairs done elsewhere in the past on our Tesla that didn’t hold and led to ongoing slow air leaks, so I'm always been a bit cautious about where I get repairs done. To my understanding, EV tyres can be a bit trickier due to the sound deadening foam inside them.

This time around, I had two punctures repaired on two different tyres by the team at MyCar Wynnum. The service was efficient, the team easy to deal with and I’ve had no issues at all since.

Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be back for future tyre repairs or servicing.

Try their telephone based booking system. I was short on time and needed to urgently find a MyCar location that could fit in two tyre repairs, and they made it easy to find an available timeslot.

The experience was poor. I called and advised the team my car had broken down and explained what had gone wrong they said to bring it in and they’d have a look at it, they did a usual service (I had that booked before it broke). They only did the service (barely, I had requested them to look into some smaller issues and they did no report or response on anything) ; they also did not look at the issue regarding the breakdown , they advised the vehicle was deemed roadworthy however it still doesn’t have power after hitting 30 km/h and blows black smoke it’s definitely not safe to drive. When I asked the guy at reception what they had found and what the what steps where all he said was ‘ I didn’t work on the car so I don’t know’. They charged me $500 for a service (basic service + wheel alignment) and didn’t help me at all with the vehicle breaking down. Waste of time and money and very disappointing service. I have no vehicle I can use and have to get it to another mechanic to look into the problem.

The staff are so professional and organised always a great experience

Excellent service. Dropped my wheel off in the morning. Picked it up later in the day, expecting to have to swap my wheel over at home, but the Manager offered to do it - at no extra charge. Wheel nuts were torqued up to the correct setting and cross checked. Something the Ford Dealer didn’t do in the last service.

Very helpful, efficient and informative staff.

I have been getting logbook services with the team at mycar Tyre and Auto for over 8 years and they are always brilliant.
It's really easy to book a convenient appointment time, they call you during the day if they find any surprises and explain what has to be done bersus what's a nice to have this time, but can wait.
For my most recent service I had a problem with my petrol cap release and with an error light flashing where I had no idea what the cause was. They fixed the petrol cap, and found and fixed the error light issue - all in a day's work for this team.

If you want your car to be looked after, look no further than the team at Wynnum Plaza. They are great.

Always perfect. No complaints. Do a great job on tyres, just regassed my air con and it's so cold and amazing. Like a brand new car.
