It took four months but my car arrived today. It's good to have it back. The lights that were replaced were left in the boot and the interior looks fine. The battery is good in spite of the long time of not being used and the car seems to start and run fine.

Everyone has been very helpful. Lots of advice and guidance while deciding what to do with my vehicle..once decided to import all went very smoothly and quickly. Highly recommended

A quality service; James was communicative, expedient and knowledgeable. I was nervous about using an online intermediary with substantial amounts of money (import duty and fees) but the process was transparent and, I expect, considerably easier than dealing with HMRC, DVLA, etc. directly!

Excellent importer of vehicles (including vintage Vespas!). Good commutation and process for seamless importing and registration. Would recommend to others wishing to bring vehicles into UK.

Exceptional!
I was struggling with the thought of taking my bike Gosforth and having it tested to get UK registration. Hiring a van, taking a day off work, going through the test and not knowing if it would pass. Filling the cvsa form in!
I noticed on the CoC my bike had EU conformity. Contacting My car import and discussing the options guided me to put the task in their hands.
It was all arranged by them, no hassle, no worries, no van hire, no costs for transport and no test failure.
All achieved in a month, V5c, Registration, number plate and CoC returned.

I tried but failed to do it myself so I asked 'My Car Import' to do it for me after a recommendation from 'Motorhome Fun' chat site - I should have approached 'My Car Import' straight away and would have saved a lot of time and stress. From the first phone call with Will, he was patient, not pushy, understood my predicament and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He then handed over my issues to his colleague James Lister who was also very easy to deal with. Together we compiled evidence that the authorities agreed with, so I was exempt tax and import duty, something I could not have done by myself. Excellent customer service and highly recommended. I am also going to submit a piece for the 'Motorhome Fun' chat site to let people know of my experience and let the professionals do the work and not try and do it yourself! Many thanks

I have recently imported and registered my Landrover from France. From my initial enquiry their advice and information was helpful and accurate. Whilst I initially thought their fee was steep, I think the speed and hassle free nature of the process was worth it. Their portal worked well for guiding through the stages and it was easy to download the documents that were required. When I needed further help they answered questions by email quickly. I would recommend them based on my experience.
