I have had the best experience with very helpful instructions from downloading the product to using the product key to activate it. The customer service that I received when I had any problems was over the top. They are extremely helpful! Highly recommended.

I purchased Microsoft Pro Plus 2024 about a couple months ago. Things were working great until they didn't. Turns out I didn't fully install the application. None of the MS applications I opened would allow you to make changes to the file. I emailed Mycodes24.com and they came to the rescue right away, and in a few short emails, the problem was resolved. Last year's purchased Office 2024 download and install went flawlessly. Somewhere along the line with a new hard drive and me not being able to log on I inadvertently downloaded 365 and had major issues. Well here we are about 13 months later and I reach back out to the support team at mycodes24. I did have my order number and the license key. David was phenomenal in answering my emails requesting information and responding quickly I was able to uninstall 365 reinstall office 2024 with a lifetime license and even when I ran into an issue, I was provided a new license key code.
