On a scale of 1-5 I would easily gave them a 6!
I had activation problems and after spending a LOT of time with Microsoft and getting nowhere I thought I would contact Mycodes expecting them to refer me to Microsoft.
I was wrong,
They resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.
BTW the software cost was a bargain

What I appreciate is the customer service. I got the license couple of years ago but could not install as my computer had issues. I had given up. Then after I get my new system, and them investigating - they helped me out and now I'm getting office on my new computer. Much appreciated.
