High responsive, and able to resolve my order issue in matter of seconds. High recommend this seller!!!

Ordered the MS Office 2024 for MAC on Groupon. Initially had an issue but David fixed it immediately. Awesome support until everything works.

I purchased the Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus through Groupon, seemed a little suspicious but I gave it a shot based on the reviews. I had some issues installing it consisting of placing a new PC in S mode which would elimintate some features. I got in touch with David with MyCodes24 and he walked me through it, all was well it's been working...until today. The product key is no good anymore and Office is no longer available. I purchased it 2 months ago and now I have to purchase it again, only this time I will go through Microsoft or Best Buy. Lear from my mistake and pay the price, unless you only need it temporary then this is fine.

I purchased Office 2024 pro. I had problems during installation. Mycodes24 were responsive and helpful. The provided the solution I needed and were willing to further assist me if the solution suggested won’t work. After I completed the installation, I had another issue which was not directly related to the purchase I made and they helped me with this issue as well.

Product works as described. Very responsive customer service over email. Clear directions on product use and installation. I had a great experience, and I'd recommend them to tohers.

Group-on buyers beware!
Total rip off hiding behind Group-on's policy.
Purchased MS Office Software 2024 via Group-on.
David led me down a rabbit hole for two days & could not resolve the Issue. Issue being "NO LICENSE FOUND"
David had me perform the same procedures multiple times with the same result "NO LICENSE FOUND".
All posturing so that his company could keep my money.
Shame on you David & Shame on you Groupon!

David at mycodes24 keeps asking me to perform the same processes over & over. Same result every time.
"No License Found"
He states they want to help resolve the problem. However they offer no solutions.

This company is very responsive. When I had a question about how to install, they got back to me immediately. Then, a few weeks later when my laptop died suddenly (long story) and I needed to install on another machine, they again helped out with how to get that done. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially if, like me, you are not a computer IT type person.

Code for office worked for a month then had a weird issue and support was excellent. They worked with me until I was up and running again.

They took the time and explained to about my product key and how it works. It was a great learning experience.

The customer service is unbelievably good. I installed MS Office Pro Plus using an install code purchased for a new pc. The pc began to have problems about 2 months after I installed my software. I was able to get an exchange for my pc, but my software was not transferable. Mycodes24 responded right away and had a solution that was right for me.

Great price, easy purchase, and great customer service. Will use them again in the future. Thanks David
