Good Assessor, booking process could be a bit better
Times available to book online did not match the availability of the assessor. For this particular certificate, this wasn't an issue but something I would bear in mind in future.
The Assessor himself was good. Communicated arrival time, prompt with sending documentation

It's not always easy having a stranger in your home. But Jamil was efficient and friendly and explained to my 90 year old mother why he was there and what job he was carrying out.
He carried out the inspection for a EPC certificate in a timely manner and without causing any unnecessary stress to her.
He was respectful about her home which was appreciated
