⭐ 1/5
⭐ 1/5 — Extremely unprofessional experience
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about the way leads and internal records are handled.
During my third day of training, I encountered a situation involving a lead who contacted our shared line and specifically asked for me by name multiple times. Shortly afterward, the lead disappeared from my pipeline. I was then instructed by my trainer to change the lead’s ownership in the system to her name. I had already taken a timestamped screenshot before the change, and I retained additional evidence from the screen-sharing session.
After I provided the call recording showing the customer requesting me, my access to the relevant record was removed shortly afterward, and the related call activity was no longer visible in my history.
I raised these concerns and provided timestamped evidence. Shortly afterward, my access was revoked and I was terminated under the explanation of a lack of “mutual fit.”
What makes this particularly frustrating is that my performance was measurable. During my limited time on the floor, I was handling approximately 30–40 calls per hour.
I have retained screenshots, recordings, timestamps, and other evidence supporting what I reported.
I believe companies should have transparent lead-management procedures, accurate CRM records, and a proper process for investigating employee concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
Potential employees should ask detailed questions about how leads are assigned, how CRM changes are audited, and how complaints involving trainers or management are investigated before joining.
