When you call them they answer no matter what time of day and that's what I like about this company!

FitHive is an excellent company for keeping your business in tact without the overwhelmed. I love the platform because everything is in one place; from payment processing to email marketing to creating booking schedules. These are just a few things, they offer so much more and I am not even using all they offer. But what really love about the company is the people behind the business. I've been using them for over 2 years now and they have provided nothing less than exceptional service.

I've been working with companies since 1999 for my official website.. and I am so thankful for the service FitHive provides! FAST, RESPONSIVE and does beautiful work!

fithive (Donny & Joe) have been so good to work with. They took the time with us, helping build our website, answer all our questions, give us feedback, and suggestions. Their responses have always been so quick. Even after our website is officially made open to the public, they will continue to be available to answer questions or help if needed. They will be training us on how to use our admin back office so if we want to make any quick changes on our own, we can, which is amazing. We also know if we have questions fithive will be available.

Their support is out of this world—anytime I need help, they’re right there with a Zoom call and a real person to walk me through it.

We’ve also got them handling our marketing, and it’s been a steady stream of high-quality leads coming in all the time. That, combined with the AI assistant, means we’re never missing out on opportunities and we’re able to respond super fast. So yeah, between the CRM, the leads, and the AI, it’s just been a really great experience for us.
