Really efficient to deal with. Makes life easier during the week.

Bargain Box is by far the best meal box. The vegetables are fresh and plentiful and the meat is good quality. It tastes like home cooking. The meal choices are family friendly and while there isn’t the same selection as other boxes, the options are ones that everyone loves.

So far no issues with delivery or content in the boxes, food choices are great with awesome selection.
Just one thing that sometimes the vegetables are a bit sad looking at start of week and don't make it til end or they not lasting a week, but mostly we are really enjoying the convenience and healthy options we are creating

Reliable and value for money. Have some excellent offers. Still wish that default setting was weeks were skipped and then you can turn on for the weeks you would like to have the meal kit.

Love the ease of the deliveries and the recipes. The meals are delicious but do become a little repetitive with a lot of salad. My only negative would be the packaging.. the boxes are too big for the amount of contents and it's really frustrating that they don't accept the boxes back.. my recycle bin isn't able to keep up with the boxes :(

Food and recipes always great. Some meat could have a slightry longer shelf life but hey meant to eat it in a week anyhow.

Everything is so easy. Menu selection, payment, delivery. The recipes in Bargain Box are surprisingly varied and not as carb heavy as I thought they might be. The recipes are also very easy to make.

Absolutely terrible customer services, I changed my delivery address in the app for a new subscription for a weekly delivery. We had moved and I assumed all the delivery’s for the new subscription would be delivered to my new address, apparently not. Went to look and they are delivering my $90 food box to our old address and there’s nothing I can do about it. They aren’t willing to refund, recredit, redirect the food box, and in a cost of living crisis it’s my fault that I don’t have a computer to login and change the address on my profile, and only have access to the app. I asked to speak to a manager and they said it will take 24-48 hours for them to contact me, and there’s nothing they can do about it. By that time the delivery would have happened, so despite me paying for a service and them not being able to provide it, i end up as the consumer with nothing. Surley your t&cs are in breach of the fair trading act.

Update: only after my husband called were they able to solve my issue, apparently if a white man calls they are very good at offering a fix, for forbid a women is at the end of the line!

Delivery is always on time. Food is fresh and we have very little waste.
Makes dinner time easy with both parents working late and kids love the food.

Getting healthy, tasty dinners delivered each week that my family love eating makes dinner time an exciting event. It replaces the “not this again or I’m not hungry or I’m having cereal instead” after having prepared dinner. My family chooses the meals for the week and there’s no more complaints. It has also improved my cooking skills which I’m very grateful for. Thanks 😊

Some nice new recipes, produce was good this week, however a lot of the same produce every week, for example if a salad comes with a recipe it’s always spinach and cucumber, or something similar. Also struggle some weeks with the amount of mince options compared to other types of meat, not a big mince household. I like the option of being able to add the ready made meals for more than one person to the weekly order. This is very helpful with my lifestyle. Some weeks I’ve found the chicken to be a bit strange, still has hair on it which I will then replace with something else. I find if you don’t get an early delivery that the box will be packed or out of a fridge the day before it’s delivered, then by the time it comes middle to end of next day it isn’t very cold and some of the colder veges/frozen items are thawed. Overall a good service and easy delivery however I do skip weeks due to repetition and the lack of other meat options from mince. Good if you love mince though.

Fresh food, takes the stress out of planning and cooking meals during a busy work week, ideas and meals I wouldn't be able to think of myself. healthy and tasty with lots of choice. Overall, a great service!

I wanted to leave a review on REVIEWS.io, what they show on there website but there is no obvious way to do this. Kinda seams like a bit of a scam not making it easy to leave reviews..

Ordered a trial special deal to try it out. Got my first order on Monday, made the meal and it was OK. The next morning I had been charged $200 for next weeks food with no email asking me to choose the meals beforehand.
All of the 4 meals for our family didn't meet the dietary requirements that we had, emailed and called to get a refund but they refused.

They say it was my mistake for forgetting to cancel the order before and I see that you can argue that but getting an email 24 hours before charging us and locking in what are meals for would have been nice and what I was expecting as that is what they did the first time.
