The cream seems to help my pain and smells awesome@

First time using this company, it took 8 working days to arrive from USA, so thought that was good. Only just started using product but it appears ok.

Marquisa was very helpful with getting the Shipping Dept. the address to use for my shipment.
It can be a pain for shipping and the Post Office!

Si pudiera poner menos una estrella lo haría, compre la crema en el mes de mayo, estamos en el mes de julio no enviaban la crema, pero si cobraron en tiempo y forma.
No se han hecho cargo, prometieron una devolución del 20% del costo por no poder cumplir con el envío, descuento qué no realizaron y es más después de decir que harían un descuento se retractaron diciendo que no harían el descuento, hoy me envían un correo diciendo que la aduana lo retuvo qué debo pagar la liberación y que no se harán cargo de nada, me siento estafada, 250 dolares a la basura.

Even though I thought I was getting a larger jar, it was disappointed about that because I’m on a fixed income I tried the product and found that it is a great product. I have no complaints and that’s why I give you five stars.

I received an immediate response to my email, very unusual in today’s age. The response was clear and understanding of my situation , which I appreciated.
I gave my response and received another email to cover that .. in all a very good response and well appreciated.

My husband tried the product on his elbow and he said within 15 minutes his pain was gone. The next test will be his back. He has severe pain due to neck and spinal surgery 3 years ago. Any relief would be prayers answered. He has 2 rods and 22 screws. Even if it relieves some pain would be a blessing.

It's been a week since I started using myhirelief .
My ankles aren't as swollen. My nerve damage seems to be less tingly in my left leg and foot. I'll keep using it to see if there are further positive results.

I have received so much relief from pain with the cream! I have shared a free jar of it with many of my family and friends. Several of them have also received relief and have ordered on their own. I also shared a jar of it with my practitioner. I would have given my hypertension physician, a jar of it also, however, I didn’t have a jar of it in my purse to give him. I am looking forward to receiving a jar of the 2.0 when it’s available.

It works on muscles and I used it for neuropathy in my feet and arms!!!

Be careful ordering with this company
This entire experience has been deeply frustrating. I only intended to try there product once, yet I was placed on an unauthorized recurring plan that makes returns extremely difficult. Because of how this company handles this, I have completely lost faith in trying new businesses online. Moving forward, I will only order from major, well-known brands that offer transparent shipping and simple return

It almost works as fast as advertised. Still works very well for me. It took a couple of days before the pain eased up almost completely. I also love the scent. Thank you!

Love the product. I am not using it as fast as I thought (which is a good thing as it works!) I had to cancel my renewal subscription as I have too many jars on hand. Cancelation of the subscription was easy and response from company was fast. Follow-up was also fast and considerate. Will reorder as needed.
