I needed to cancel my next order, which I did. But then I emailed to make sure it went through properly...the response was quick and friendly. I appreciate a company that takes care of their customers.
After my previous review the company has apologized and given me a full refund due to the misunderstanding.
Therefore please disregard my previous review and thank you for all your help in resolving my problem.

My order was received today. It took a while to get it but am hoping it will do as advertised. First application feels good.
I received order and it was not suitable so I asked for refund and they sent another 3 jars and charged me. I have returned 5jars after doing everything they asked and now. Nothing!😡

I did happen to misunderstand that my order was a subscription that I was not prepared for, when I explained this Total Relief were very good to me & sorted the problem immediately, they were very understanding and helpful. I could not ask for a better result.

The scam here is the option packages that are offered. Naturally you would want to use the best price per item, but in order for you to complete your purchase, mind you, after they charge your account, they make you watch a 6 or 7 minute video for more products which gives them time to add all of their up charges, like insurance for shipping and shipping charges. Then when you think you purchase an item for $39.95, it turns out that they actually charge $126.68! By the time you see this and want to cancel, the video that they make you watch took enough time to close the purchase. To dispute, you have to email or call the company number they give you only to find yourself on hold for over 20 minutes!!! I will have to again, live and learn that scammers never go away!!! Steer clear of this company and product!!!!!!

I placed an order through one of the online adds. even though I wasn’t in the mood for an upsell I had to go through three upsell videos. They always tell them as short videos, but they’re always 30 to 45 minutes long I finally got through. I clicked on all the pass-throughs and thought the order was placed just fine but it turns out there was a problem. Customer Service gone On it and helped me out with it. The agent explained the order volume was higher than expected, and that my package would be delayed between 5 to 10 working days. I’m not happy but they at least let me know upfront. I’d buy from them again.

Full of excuses apon excuses. Very slow delivery - only delivered after threats were made. Order took nearly 3 months to get sorted

I really like my product. It helps with the pain that I’m experiencing from the mastectomy. I also use it to massage my feet. I’m finally getting to see a podiatrist so then I can find out what’s going on with my nerves in my feet.

I cancelled my order of 2 plus 1 jars.
They were not delivered, BUT I was charged for these
items on my VISA card!!! I would like my money back
as soon as possible! I hope we can settle this issue

When I ordered it, I thought it was in AUD because it came up with Australian address to fill in. But was in for a shock when I noticed the Australian amount. By this time the money had already gone through. So I immediately put in a cancellation of order only to be told the following day the the order had already been processed. When I said I’d be contacting PayPal, they immediately offered a refund. 2 1/2 weeks and several emails later, still waiting on that refund. The goods arrived though, so I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and try a jar. Well, all I can say is I’m bitterly disappointed. And the so-called 67% off, I’d hate to pay the supposed correct price of $110 per jar.
Definitely NOT happy with product or service.

They promise a 90 day guarantee only applies to unopened jars.
Stay away from this scammer.
