We ordered the Holo active for my dad and the setup was very easy. Once it was charged it was ready to go. The initial test went smoothly and are very impressed with their customer service.

The watch arrived as indicated and I received a voice mail advising me to charge the device then call for assistance with the set up. Placed a test call.
Neal was very helpful walking me through the procedure and advise me to let my emergency contacts the monitoring centre phone number.

All communication I've had with Holo has been positive and helpful. There were a few glitches in the automated forms but I was able to speak to and email with actual people and they were able to fix things right away. I'm very happy with Holo.

With all the options out there for monitoring your loved one, I liked that this one is in Western Canada, the price is good and the features in the unit from fall detection to GPS to talking to loved one through the wearable unit! No internet needed! Also the extra App is amazing. I can see when my parent wakes up, takes first steps and see there location and steps taken all day as well as any SOS triggers. If you are in an apartment, you will need to leave a key with a neighbor or a lockbox for first responders to open the suite door or they will have to break the lock.

This company is refreshing to work with. The equipment arrived very quickly, all information was clearly worded, easy to understand and follow. There are no lengthy waits in hold, and they follow up to be sure all interactions went as expected. Necessary information is provided up front, instead of the user having to ask for it.
This is the third fall alert company I have dealt with, on behalf of my 91 year-old mother, and am so grateful I found Holo Alert. Your call is answered promptly by someone who can help you in a pleasant and positive manner. It appears that customer service is truly their prime objective. What a wonderful concept!

I received my Holo Alert promptly and setup with Matthew went smoothly. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood them. The only thing I forgot to ask was the bracelet model! Other than that, I’m very happy with the service and care I received! Gives me confidence to go for my walks now!

Received my unit in short time. Was easy to test and great for follow up. Also everyone who spoke to me was easy to understand and since I am hard of hearing, this is a plus. Now at 92 I feel more confident going on my walks. The only thing I don’t like is that blue light that blinks every 35 seconds, so I keep it u dear my shirt.

I ordered this unit in Mar. 2026. This is May 11 2026. I am cancelling the order.
I had a very bad fall backwards down my steps. Tore both arms open and dislocated my shoulder.
The unit did NOT go off at all. about an hour and a half later ( while I waited for the ambulance) It said Fall detected. BIG help when you live alone. Fortunately I had company with me that morning. Who helped me eventually to get on my feet and get an ambulance.

Have just received my emergency alert device. It was delivered in three business days. 😊. Customer support for setup and activation has been great. I’m a little confused as the blue call light is still on 10 minutes after my test call ended. But I’m confident I will resolve this with customer support if it doesn’t go off soon.
