Just knowing help is near if I need it

The set up girl was great and friendly answered all our question. My husband will like his independence.

Set this up for this was easy and provides a measure of comfort to my mom. GPS ensures she has coverage wherever she is. Customer Service is excellent. Very caring and provided clear instructions to put my mom’s concerns at rest

I like the flexibility of clip and or around the neck easy activation friendly and helpful staff solid guarantee and services. I’m quite happy just activated this product.

I was called Connor Haakenson to see if we have any questions or were we able to work on the way to set up our new alarm? I thought we should get some information from Connor so he helped us through to call for for help and we pushed the call and an other person asked if we needed some help and are we okay? We told them no that this was a learning help for us and we were very much pleased with their help. Connor was a great help and we would tell our friends about the alarm and how the company was great at getting us informed.

I liked dealing with Connor, he was my first contact with Holo. He was not pushed, he was willing to answer all my questions. He even called me back on a holiday. The equipment did take a few days to get here, but I think they have to do some work on their end before shipping. When I inquired, Connor emailed me a tracking # The unit itself is very well made, simple to operate & the reception quality is excellent. Having the unit gives me lot of peace of mind, no regrets on my part!!

I had a good experience with Connor about the system and contract pricing. Expected to receive the system a few days later but didn’t arrive and sent me a message with no specific information. It was the long weekend of Easter and the equipment arrived on Tuesday by post office. The package included instructions and after charging the mobile system I followed instructions and pressed the button and spoke to the attendant who confirmed that the gps was reading my location and the testing was complete.
I received a follow call offering help to connect the system which was already working— he did confirm that the testing was complete. My main question was how to review the number of steps achieved with the system but he was not able to help me because it was not included on my contract and there is extra charge for the app. I wasn’t impressed.

This was very easy. The unit arrived quickly after speaking with Carson on the phone. I then received simple quick instructions from Austin. Going out for a walk now feeling much more secure!

I received my unit two days after ordering it. Matthew called the day after and went over the unit and how to use it. Highly recommend

Connor was my first contact with Holo. He answered all my questions clearly and understandable. I received my Holo within days while visiting family in BC. When I got home Austin called to set up my app. Thank you Austin for your patience in contacting me, and quick and simple set up. Hope i never have to use it 😉

Having our 89 year old mom move in with us had us worried when we were away. Dealing with holo alert was a wonderful experience. Both Austin and Matthew were understanding and answered all of our questions and concerns. They talked us thru the entire process from start to finish and left us very confident in our decision and our future Highly recommend
