I found the company employees good to talk to and very friendly, quick to respond when testing device after charging device, and contacting me when battery was low.

I am happy that anyone answering an alert is in Canada & being a small company I believe that there will be a quick response

After applying on FB I was contacted the same day by a very nice fellow who was very helpful in answering my questions. I received the system within five days and setup was so easy. It will give me some peace of mind in future in the event of a fall or mishap. I am very pleased with the service of this company.

Customer Service is excellent! Everyone has put my mind at ease that my father-in-law will be in good hands with the services while I'm not home.

I was looking into buying a personal alarm as I am Type 2 diabetic and I have issues with hypoglycemia. This is a condition that is from too low blood sugars. I wanted to have one that was not loaded on a smartphone in case I lose my phone or service goes down. I called Holo Alert and spoke to David in the Sales Department. I could not afford to buy a new device but the fee was waived and I pay a monthly service fee. I received the device two days later by tracked Canada Post. It was easy to set up and charge fully for use. I had to wait 24-hours and put in a request to the department that sets up devices. I received a telephone call and within 20 minutes was set up with the alarm center. I have been pleased with my service to Holo Alert and also David has helped with a minor issue that I had for my billing date. I am glad I have the device and will be able to get around home and outdoors and have a way of getting help if I am sick or in medical trouble.

Mia was awesome. She was so knowledgeable and helpful along every step of the way. The set up with her was so simple and hassle-free. I would recommend her and Holo to anyone.

Super easy to get set up. Basically, just charge, test and go!

I was searching for a wristband style alert device for my mother and came across Holo. Matthew contacted me right away with costs etc and gave me time to check other device providers. Once I made my decision, the device was sent out immediately. Once I received the device Karly contacted me to set it up. Both people were excellent to speak with. Knowledgeable but not pushy. Hopefully it will never be used but so happy we have it. Thanks Holo.

I received myConnect mobile Emergency Response System on Dec. 14th. Itis very easy to charge and lightweight to wear. The salesman, John, was most helpful.

After a fall, I decided it was time to get my father a fall detection device and that’s how I found Holo.
After I requested information online from the company I received a phone call from David. He was very helpful with all the questions I had about their service, and I decided to get the pendant.
The order was sent out that day, received at the post office in 3 days.
The pendant came charged and a test run was performed so my father knew what to expect if he fell and had to push the button. He had a few questions that were answered at that time, he said by a really nice lady from the Holo team. He is hard of hearing so it was determined he needed the volume a little higher.
He was surprised to hear that his new Holo pendant will work anywhere in Canada and the States. The best part it is so easy all he has to do is put it on the charging station every night and wear it..
If you are looking for a fall detection device for your loved one or yourself I highly recommend Holo.

Doing the set up was described very well. Everyone that works at Holo Alert Device are amazing. When the care place called during set up they were understood by me and to me. Amazing device!!!

I had a very positive experience from my initial contact to setting up my fall protection. unit I like the appearance of the necklace - it is small, fashionable and blends in really well with my fashion style which is classic. My unit arrived ahead of time and even though I requested my plan begin in January 2024 it was still sent to me. I would not have a problem referring this company to any of my friends and relatives.
