No star. Only delivery the item that I ordered on the side. never reply my emails. And never deliver or refund the product I actually wanted to order. Avoid this shop. Go to village butcher instead.

I ordered some meat for £90, and the money was taken the next day. It's been 8 days, and I'm still waiting. I've tried calling and emailing them, but no one's replied.

I paid order for more than one month, no response. I asked for refund no answer

The company failed to deliver my purchase a whole lamb , then I received an email suggesting a refund to take place , still waiting from the 6th of June ,

Terrible experience. Paid over £300 for some lemon juice, no confirmation email, no one answering the phone or messages, order never turned up. Requested a refund, but it's still not been given and not received any contact in weeks despite repeated attempts to call and email.

Paid for an order 10 days ago, since then I have called multiple times, emailed and sent text messages. Unfortunately, this company will not communicate with me so I've raised a dispute with the bank. What a waste of time.

I placed an order only to get a confirmation that my order was dispatched with half of what I bought and yet the full amount was taken without a refund no explanation but yet still paid the £10 shipping a bit of warning would have allowed me to at least add more things or keep your website updated

I tried to call them without success - received my order next day the freeze pack leaked everywhere - the box was soaked and falling apart - ( I understand that its out of their control ) once again tried to call them - waited 15 min on the line without success emailed - to this date I am yet to receive a reply

the meat was brown and room temperature cant eat it had to throw it away and didnt match what I ordered - I would defo not reorder from them - still waiting to hear back about my refund - for a halal company you might review one of the muslim principles which is about treating ppl with respect without trying to steal from them - just saying

Absolutely horrible. They did not send the order and it has been over 2 months and cant get refund. They keep saying they will refund but they do not. Stay away.

Made an order 9/05/2026 for Bao burger bun (x7). Remained in a ‘processing’ state til 7/06/2026.
They ignored all message and phone call responses resulting in requested a Chargedbavk via bank to get my money back.
The worst business practice I’ve experienced and would never recommend this business to anyone

I ordered from them long time ago, and received random frozen low quality stuff. They said they were moving their warehouse and it’s what they sent. I waited until they move their warehouse and messaged them over and over but never received my original order. At the end I gave up. They are very unprofessional, I might even go further and say they scammed me.
Never order from them. I have all the messages saved as prove.

My third order so far and meat was great, well recommended

Excellent food, very testy, professional service.

I would recommend staying away from this shop.
First of all i had missing items
Second the meat was in such poor condition ( browned fatty bits and a strong vinegar smell) a clear indicator that the meat was decaying.
After countless emails and calls, 4 weeks and counting, still no reply or answer to my problem.
