The notebook was made very well. Quick response from support (I could not track the parcel, although enough time had passed after sending, it was delivered to the Czech Republic). They contacted me on the same day and the question was resolved. The notebook was beautifully packaged and inside there was a letter of gratitude for the purchase. Very It’s nice to feel the warmth with which the notebook was made.

Lovely book, great quality pages, wonderful for painting with watercolour, doesn't bleed onto next page, which is amazing.

The design and packaging of the products are always so thoughtful and pretty.
The paper of the journals is wonderful, you can work with gouache, markers and watercolour (wet on dry) without bleeding through the paper.

Customer service is also amazing, you get informed throughout the shipping process of the parcel. When there was a mix up with my order it was fix quite fast.

Recently received my new notebook and I just loved it. Haven't used it yet, but the quality looks amazing.

The quality of the colours is great and “la petite palette” is perfect for travelling! The package was well done and easy to track online. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this store and buy their artisan gouache again :)
