I recently bought a car from Novara via Zuto, and it was the most seamless and easy process from start to finish, thanks to the excellent communication between all parties. Alex made sure that the collection process was smooth and easy to arrange. The car itself was exceptionally well presented, accurately advertised, and at a great price. I had to travel an hour to the dealership, but it is a journey I'd happily make again for the ease of buying and friendly service. Thank you!

I purchased a car from novaro glossop on the 14th of august within 24 hours i noticed an oil leak underneath the car after parking up, after looking under the car i noticed oil splatter over the transmission housing which turned out to be a crankshaft seal fault which really should have spotted during the so called AA inspection which they claim to give theyre vehicles before being sold, im not convinced this actually happens as its only a guidleine for the garage rather than the actual AA inpectors doing it themselves. I agreed to take the car the car back to the garage for them to inspect and repair the oil leak. After a week of being in theyre care i recieved a phone call saying the car was ready to pick up, on recieving the vehicle back i noticed there was an extra 140 miles added to the clock aswell as a half filled bottle of orange juice and a parcel shelf from another vehicle on my back seat,i was told the mileage was due to rigourous testing which i didnt believe was the case as 140 miles is very excessive for testing and with the parcel shelf and pop bottle being left in the car i believe my car was used as either a delivery car to collect parts or was used by a member of staff for there journey to work and back. The car also came with a slow puncture in the front passenger side wheel which after taking for repair a nail was discovered in the wheel which explains why i had to pump the tyre up a couple of times in the first week of purchase, the rear passenger side while is also out of date and showing signs if wear on the outside which should have also been picked up during inspection. The car was also sold with a dent in the rear passenger side door, admittedly i should have noticed it during my visit to view the car but i didnt but it wasnt pointed out to me either,when i did mention it they refused to sort it as they said they dont fix dents. Poor attitude really along with the disregard they have shown towards my vehicle after i purchased it. Not a great experience buying from novaro. If anybody in or around glossop needs a car or anybody lives further afield is looking for a car i would definatley give this company a miss. They also left the previous owners details on the log book for me to see while the salesman was printing something off which could be classed as a breach of GDPR. I may well contact the them to see if there were any issues with the car.

When i arrived i was greeted by a young lady who was very pleasant. I was then directed to alex who i had been dealing with for the whole process. He made the process nice and smooth and he is a kind funny guy. No question was too much trouble. The best experience ive had buying a car. Honestly cant recommend alex and his team enough :).

On Wednesday 2/9/26 my car would not start l rang them up they got me in straight away l had to get my break down cover to get my car there they fixed it no problem recomended, molly was so helpful.

Fab service from both Jag & Alex, we travelled down from Newcastle to collect our car and it was perfect! Quick and easy transfer of ownership. We were kept informed the whole week from reservation to purchase to collection. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from you guys again! Car was in great condition when I arrived and great service , handover was smooth and they really make you feel like they care about the customer , polite , efficient .. put a smile on a the end of what was a pretty bad week vehicle wise .. thank you keep up the good work can’t recommend highly enough

This is actually the nicest place ever!!!! They helped me (a stranded nurse) with my spare tyre, and made me a coffee while I waited! Honestly couldn’t be nicer! Thank you so much saved me waiting hours for the AA on a Friday and will still manage to get home before it’s mega late ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had my car now for 3 days and so far all is perfectly well with its performance and im happy with its condition.

Had a little wait to collect however was assured it was due to some important fixes and new parts which all came and were installed free of charge. So worth the wait!

Alex was in constant communication with me and was very considerate and understanding yet reassuring.

Would highly recommend these guys, all the cars on show looked in great nick and all very well priced, and all staff especially alex were brilliant.
