STAY AWAY from this company!!!

I placed an order on Mar 25th.
After 2 weeks, it still had not shipped. I contacted them.
They said, they are still processing it.
On April 21th, almost a MONTH later and the order still has not been processed!
i sent another inquiry to the seller and have not received any response. I have to presume they stole my money and have no intention of shipping my products.

Great transaction all around

I ordered Tanac on 2/10/2026. I have been searching for this product for the last few years with all results showing it not available. But I tried here because this product is the best for stopping fever blisters in their tracks. On 2/11/2026 I received an email saying, "The status of your order #---906 has changed to "Refunded". On 3/2/2026 I sent an email asking when I should expect the refund - no response as of 3/13/2026.

Update:
My bad concerning MyOTCStore . They finally responded to my messages. I mistakenly thought the charge had been made to my card and then not credited back. On closer examination I had entered the transaction in my Quicken but it never cleared so not charged to my account.

I order from this company all them time and have been for more than a year now.. this time I was charged for items I didn’t receive. I reached out sent pictures on what i received along with the invoice paper. They left out 3 of my products that I use daily as a stylist and tried to get smart when I told them I didn’t receive them. This not the 1st time items was left out my order but i got refunded for those item this is the only time im having a issue…they need to do better with the shipping/ packaging department

I'm taking off 1 star because idk why but somehow the facial scrubs i bought didn't have seal on the tube. They should have been sealed for safety and hygeine purposes.
