myotcstore.com Reviews

delivered with care

My order was short one item that I was charged for.

The only reason I took a STAR ⭐️ away is due to your exorbitant delivery fees. While I understand that shipping items isn’t free, I thought that $14+ for the shipment of 6, 13 ounce bottles of hair care products, which was shipped in ONE small box that weighed (approx) 2 lbs was excessive.

Yes, I also understand that free shipping is offered, but only if you spend more than the price of shipping!

In my humble opinion, $7 would have been a fair and reasonable fee.

Everything else was fabulous. From the item availability to the price to the quick delivery, which was only 2-3 days.

I shall return (G-d willing).

THANK YOU,
Sharon

Being a trusted site. Having what I was looking for at the best price. The updates, and fast delivery. Thank You! Floyd

Missing items and no response after contacting customer service

Product arrived in a timely manner and the cost was less than my local stores.

I appreciate the easy ordering process and the fast delivery service. It really helps me out.

I was given this website by a freelancer. He shared 7 similar sites with me, and 5 of them turned out to be fake.
I’m quite sure this one is the same — the pattern is too obvious.
All the “positive reviews” come from accounts that have only one review each, and most of them were written within a single month.
⚠️ Be careful! This looks like another scam website.

Horrible I like a re-shipment they all opened my first order each individual bottle was shrink wrapped

You’re only one of the few that carries this product!!

I ordered 10 jars of Windmill Vitamin E Ointment based on the item photo and ingredients. A day later, the website changed the photo to the “new packaging .Not only was the packaging of Windmill products changed, but so did the formula of ingredients in the Ointment which I discovered when the items arrived. I reported this to customer service and was told by 2 people that I could return the 10 jars at my expense . I don’t think I should have to pay the return shipping because it is NOT the product I ordered. I ordered the Ointment that doesn’t contain Petroleum. At least I could have been notified of the addition of Petroleum, snd asked if I wanted that new product. But I was not given the opportunity . It was shipped anyway and now I am expected to pay to return it? Clearly in this instance I should be able send the products back without having to pay shipping. Yesterday I responded to the latest email and stated these facts and have not received an answer. It’s not my fault that I ordered something I don’t want…simply the Windmill company changed the formula and the new product was uploaded AFTER I paid for my order.

This is my third order with the OTC store. Very easy to order and the order status updates are great.
