After reading the reviews I decided to buy these for my daughter.She was diagnosed with PCOS and hasn't had a period for 8 months.After taking them for 2 months she has now had a period.Not too sure if its a fluke and will probably know if they are definitely working after 4 months of taking them.

J’ai commencé par prendre un comprimé le matin et un le soir. Pendant une semaine puis je suis passée à 2 matin (plutôt le midi car je ne mange pas le matin) et 2 soir. J’ai remarqué des troubles de la digestion quand j’avalais le comprimé en milieu de repas, mtn je les prends juste avant de manger et pas de soucis.
J’ai eu mes règles chaque mois depuis que je prends my ova. Des douleurs annonciatrices environ 2/3 jours avant le début des règles. Mes cycles font environ 30 jours donc c’est très bien. Je sens que mes ovaires travaillent vraiment.
J’ai l’impression que ça aide aussi mon acné, ce n’est pas parfait mais je trouve que sur le visage j’en ai un peu moins.
Niveau poids, pas de changement pour le moment. Je fais du sport 3/4 fois par semaine et mange sainement mais je n’ai pas perdu de poids.
Je ferai une échographie après 6 mois d’utilisation de myova pour voir comment vont mes ovaires.
En tout cas pour le moment, j’ai mes règles de façon régulière, elles durent environ 4 jours, mes ovaires se sont remis au travail et je me sens bien de manière générale!

Pour celles qui hésitent, prenez le temps de tester sur 3 mois pour voir vraiment si il y a des effets sur votre cycle, ca peut prendre un peu de temps avant que tout se remette en marche :)

So I’ve just started taking this. I want to give a review in 3 months time . But so far I’ve had positive thoughts I haven’t had my period yet but I’ve had withdrawal bleeding from when I was on the pill. This could mean that these pills are working, my spots haven’t flared up on my skin like they normally would when I come off the pill. These capsules have really helped me to get rid of the weight I was feeling in my left breast( I felt like something was weighing my breast down) . I can’t swallow big capsules so I crush it in my mouth with water . I really do like the taste of it lol. I take it with magnesium zinc, vitamin D and omega 3 . So far I’m happy I feel happier and less tired. I will review in 3 months time .

Excellent product! It’s really helping to manage (& lessen) the symptoms of my PCOS (e.g. migraines, severe cramps, irregular periods - used to get 1 a year). There have been no migraines, the pain is far less severe and I am having more regular periods. I wish I’d found these tablets years ago.

Very easy to order. Love the reward system for buying more often and recommending. These really work for me and I am ovulating since using them! Very pleased.

I still haven’t received my order & it’s been months.

I have PCOS and I have been taking these for about 10 days and I have nothing but positive effects from these vitamins! I started spotting after about a week of taking these for about 2 days and after the spotting I started my period (I haven’t had a period for 2 months and before that hadn’t had a period for 3 months.) The period has been regular flow with no pain or PMS, which I’m putting down to the vitamins! I must state that alongside these vitamins I have been taking omega-3 and magnesium supplements so I can not say for sure what caused my period. I have also cut dairy from my diet, not eating foods with lots of gluten and I have been eating less and healthier and exercising everyday. I think all of these has contributed to receiving my period and losing 6 pounds of weight in 10 days.

I have noticed that if I don’t take these at least two of these vitamins everyday I started getting mood swings and feeling really tired! So they have definitely regulated my mood.

The only downside to these is they are very large to swallow, but I still manage and they are expensive! However they are worth a try as they have helped me! I will continue to take them to see if they cause a regular flow. P.S. I don’t know if I have ovulated as I’m not tracking that. I’m not looking to fall pregnant I just wanted these supplements to reduce the symptoms of PCOS.

Unfortunately I can’t give a high review as I couldn’t take them. The tablets were too big and I struggled to even swallow them. This is just personal though so I can’t rate the performance of the product.
