I ordered a sofa from this company to be told I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for it. I have sent emails wanting my money back no reply and now am blocked on Facebook. Really not happy with them u get to number 1 on the phone and get cut off. I have had to order a sofa from somewhere else I just want my money back. But no email back from them

This company is a complete joke evidence on Facebook shows this company is going busy and ex employees have even messaged my self to tell me most staff got made redundant, I would like my money back or my sofa delivered it’s been 7 weeks and I’m
Still waiting my bank is dealing with this for me let’s hope they sort the issue a lot quicker than 7 weeks shame on this company preying on customers that put their trust into this company as didn’t have the funds to go
Out and buy the products straight away what a complete and utter joke you are , bad bad company and even worse customer service

Can't get on the phone and don't answer my email or text very bad company

Was supposed to be paying a 15 week deposit for a sofa bundle but after randomly coming across reviews online I decided to cancel and ask for a refund. This is where it starts… still waiting after 9 weeks for a response and confirmation of cancellation as they CONTINUE to try and take £10 a week from my account only to now find out that they have gone into administration.
I have contacted the financial ombudsman and taking this further as scum like this are an example of the kind of scammers poisoning this country at present. I’ve made a note of all the personal details of company members and will be passing these on to the relevant authorities.

UPDATE:
No response to Facebook messages, emails or phone calls but put a bad review and they reply within minutes. I have never known such pathetic service in my life. We’ll let the authorities deal with this!

They have taken £160 off me for a sofa that isn’t coming,
I can’t get in-touch with them on the phone the phone number is a premium and cost me money to be on hold for over an hour, I messaged them on Facebook messenger the first said they have a delivery problem now they have blocked my messages and ignored my emails,
I just want my money back it I will take this further, after doing lots of investigations they don’t seem to be a legitimate company and taking money off people this is absolutely disgraceful

Disgusting. Paid for my carpet in full, carpet never fitted. Requested a refund, said it would take 30 days and they would take a £60 cancellation fee off it. 50 days later no refund and cant get in touch with them. The on line chat doesn't work, phone lines they never answer even when you are No. 1 in the queue, 2 hours holding at No. 1 in queue every day for a week. Not replied to my emails. I've now contacted the Financial Ombudsman and they are investigating. Don't bother unless you want to lose your money

I am so angry was supposed to have my sofa bundle delivered this week but after calls and messages not being answered seen that there company has went into administration. I have paid £720 towards my sofa and will probably never see that again. I had a house fire and that was the only way for me to get a new sofa as I am a single mother of 2 young children and on income support. I can’t believe they continued taking money of everyone knowing they had no intention of giving people there goods they struggled to pay for. Absolutely disgusting!

Not even worth the one star, do not use!!!! Promised me a refund. Spent two hours on the phone then get cut off twice. Facebook messages 17 sent, now blocked & e-mailed 7 times.

I have paid alot of money and have waited months for my flooring to be fitted. I requested a refund several times but didnt get a response, I then said okay tell me when it will be delivered and I will wait as long as its before Christmas. I got told the delivery would arrive on the 29th November and would be fitted before Christmas.
I have just discovered today that they have went into administration. So I am £1000 down and no flooring. Disgusting way to treat people.

They are liars, thieves and crooks! They took £230 from me for a suite I was never going to get. Just getting fobbed off with excuses about lorry driver shortages etc....this week I ran out of patience and while looking up their phone number on Google found all the other reviews and felt sick....phoned my bank (Halifax) lady on the phone was very good and by the end of the call she had refunded ALL of my payments back into my account! And I cancelled the Direct Debit so they can't steal anymore! I'd give them minus stars if I could! So don't let them fob you off just get onto your bank!
*EDIT* Just had an email from Trustpilot saying MPW want more information from me. So I click on it. They want my email address full name and phone number. I bet they do!! For the record I am not interested in speaking to anyone from MPW whatsoever. I spent 2 hours on hold to them for nothing on Thursday. I have been consistently lied to and fobbed off while they were still taking £10 a week out of my bank that I work hard for. All the other reviews speak for themselves and I stand by what I have said!
Further edit: they flagged my review as untruthful I have had to send proof of my dealings with them to Trustpilot. I want everyone to be aware of these people. I'm one of the lucky ones but I can't stop thinking about all these people ripped off, no beds to sleep in sofas to sit on and cold hard floors for Christmas, and all they care about is protecting their own names. Don't know how they sleep at night! Trustpilot have now verified my review. Please please fight these people....through your bank ombudsman or whatever!

We have been paying this company since September last year for a sofa and now I've reached the limit to have my sofa delivered they have stopped taking there weekly money and blocked me on Facebook can't email them and they won't answer any calls..I was on hold for 2 hours and they just hung up aswell..so I'm now £430 out of pocket..my bank won't do anything until we speak to my pay weekly but thats a bit hard when we can't get In touch with them.

Having already put a review up earlier I still have had no contact and I have still been trying to contact My pay weekly by phone by email and Facebook messenger. I still have not had my account credited with the money I have paid and still no delivery date or anything. I have now ceased all payments and put the mater with the ombudsman and trading standards if no response today I will have no alternative but to out in legal hand's and contact national media.

I’ve tried contacting you, about you not taking my payments, nobody has been in touch about delivering my sofa that was supposed to be delivered back in October. Overall this is disgusting this is the second time I’ve had to write a review due to no contact of the company. Instead of avoiding your customers, just deal with the consequences, won’t be using this company again they take your money and don’t deliver your products! Disgusting!🤬

Should be minus stars paid £440 for a sofa that’s supposed to be coming next week got rid of my old one so we could paint and get the carpet cleaned never took there payment last week got told they we’re getting stock in on the 29th and 30th and would be getting them first week in December they have deleted there account on Facebook was on the phone to them on hold for nearly 2 hrs then cut off 10 emails sent no response so thank you I have no sofa for Christmas eating Christmas dinner on the floor

The address where they say they are based is empty (verified by surrounding local businesses). No answer on any social media or telephone number. They are still asking for payments to be made though!! AVOID at all costs!!!

Should be minus Stars or scam avoid What a disappointment due to book my children new bunk beds for Christmas but they did not take 3rd to last payment no contact phone cuts off after 2 hours on hold 450 pounds out of pocket FCA approved company how are they allowed to do this and still registered as trading totally disgusted so let down guy who owns company also owns a housing company but he's just retired yeah with all our money 1.1 mill profits last two yrs scammers think the carpets we had 2 yrs ago was just to gain trust 😡😡😡

Feel letdown by this company been paying since August called few weeks ago to get a delivery date to be told my sofas were being shipped out 29th this month funny enough no payment took today which made me call them as to why ... could not get through no response for call back but used to be great ... I had blinds beginning of year no problems but will admit they aren't good with contact the customer always chasing them.... I've contacted my bank who will be opening a case once delivery date passes so next week ....

Im in the same position as everyone with this company unanswered messages and emails also calls being cut off wen i get to caller 1 can no longer request a call back either i have heard they have went into administration does anyone how to find if this is true they have been taking weekly payments from January but this week no payment has been taken n i still havent recieved any goods
