The guy who owns this company . Is literally in jail . He's owned around 10 companies . He has active companies apparently to gov . In the energy sector. His name is genuinely (David George Cumpson Gloyne) I've contacted my bank to get sorted out and I've sent all these details showing and proving there's no way to contact my pay weekly. Also I've provided my bank with details about the fella who ran the company and Informed them that he's in jail . Atleast thats what I've googled to learn. His birthday matches up with all his company's founder birthdays. And it just makes sense... I just want my money back .

Please can I have my money back I'm very upset about this Yr still taking my money

I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating they took 500 pound and I havnt recieved goods. They have now turned of phone lines and other ways to contact them. Its a scam.

Where is my money, why have you lied to my bank after I made a dispute , ur full of b.s. you haven't Been in touch , been waiting for a refund etc , everyone who has put in disputes etc be careful they are lying to your bank so they don't have to pay out , I want my money back u scamming lying twits 😡

FYI: Telephone number when called advises company is negotiating with "professional advisors" if you have received goods, keep paying, if not, stop paying. Contact your bank and request a charge back as they are now dormant, app has also went offline, nothing shows, bank statements will show all payments to pay weekly carpets/furniture, but ask bank to help they are the only solution.

Is anyone else having trouble trying to login to see what been paided on there account as I’m getting a blank screen, I’ve contracted my bank and they can’t do anything until I can prove what I’ve paided on the account plan as this company doesn’t put references number when taking money out accounts… my bank refused to help me till I can get this information and I can’t get the information as im only getting a blank screen when im on the app on the plans part, and I haven’t received my items anyone else having this problem??? Thank you

This company has now gone into administration anyone owed money by then needs to contact their bank. The process will take between 10 and 30 days but needs to be done before they go into liquidation. A lot of banks are aware of the situation and are happy to help.

Get in touch with your bank they can Try get get your money back

I have paid £650.00 for table and chairs plus bookcase ,was left hanging on for hour and half only to cut off dead on 6.330pm, check my phone and my plan has disappeared off the page, had a email to as a client who have not received goods not to pay anything, I dont know how to get my money bank ,any help would be gratefully need please thank you

Still haven't received goods and haven't received a refund this company is disgusting and I will never use them again they steal your money and don't even tell the customers they have gone bust !! Everytime I write something they keep removing it from the site it's disgracefull

I have repeatedly attempted to make contact due to a refund as I will clearly not be receiving my item and I have had no response and had to come to the internet to find out you no need to give refunds to your customers you have my details you could of easily contacted me to let me know the circumstances of the situation you set this up for people who don’t have a lot of money but yet you won’t refund them money please contact me asap

This would have been the 2nd time I would have used MPW. The 1st time I used them I had no hassle whatsoever, this time however it was an absolute joke.
Paid deposit and continued to make regular payments as agreed (paid extra when I was able to in order to be fitted a bit earlier) when the pre fitting balance was paid in September this year I contacted the company to arrange a fitting date only for it to be cancelled the day before it was due to be fitted (laminate)
The same thing happened another few times and when it reached December I’d had enough! (Bear in mind I had lifted my flooring in September prior to the initial fitting appointment)
I received an email stating that I would be entitled to a refund but when I messaged them on fb to ask for the refund to be processed I was asked if I knew there refund policy! (Alarm bells at this point and £540 out of pocket)
I went to the bank and explained the situation and showed them the proof I had.
luckily enough I was refunded the amount I had paid and managed to get the laminate laid for Christmas although I know other people haven’t been so lucky.
Lesson learned, I will never use another pay weekly company!

I have today been refunded by my Bank. It took 30 days in total, but they have refunded me in full. Please contact your banks. I supplied them with every email I sent, a screen shot of my account on the my pay weekly app. Details from companies house showing the directors resigning over the last few months. My advice to anyone would be to contact your banks. I bank with Barclays and initially had a pre credit of only a small percentage of what I payed. And have had the rest today. Hope everyone manages to get back their money.

Just an update.
Received a phone call from trading standards earlier to break the news that the company will be going into liquidation in January and there's basically no chance of getting my money back.
That's £500 this company took from me, knowing they could not supply the flooring. They obviously kept taking money and orders with the intention of keeping the cash for themselves. Absolutely disgraceful that so many people are out of pocket due to this company. I have it in writing that they had processed my refund which was obviously a lie!
I guess we live and learn. Never hand over money until you've got the products.

I’ve been paying every week for the past 15 month, I tried getting delivery of my sofa in October and they says they where waiting on hgv drivers and promised I would have my sofas my end of November, still no sofa and now phone lines have ceased and you can’t email, I’ve had to go through my bank to try and get my £980 back as I back through my bank card, so am hoping I can

Absolutely shocking, I've been paying this company £160 month for the last year. I'm only just realising I can't get through to them. Their company as vanished but I do have some information like the names of the owners who opened this company up an have robbed all these people off their money, I will be taking this further. 🤬🤬🤬

Has anyone tried getting there money back iv paid 640 pound and not received what I ordered

Haven’t had contact from them to sort money out still owe me 380 pound what a joke scam scam scam !!!
