Worst customer service I've encountered. Would not order again

my husband ordered my birthday present 3+ weeks before my birthday and had it expedited and it took over 2 months to receive it in full. Terrible experience

This company is fraudulently claiming that they issued a refund.
I paid $40 for guaranteed Christmas delivery but my item was not shipped in time. MyPetPrints claims they sent me a refund of shipping charges but I have not received any such refund and they are unable to provide proof of the transaction.

I bought a cellphone case as a gift and they absolutely loved it! The product didn't arrive in time for Christmas, but it was an excellent surprise and the art was very well done. It is such a good cause to support.

I was so excited to find this company. My cat Mo left us this past November. Having a deacal of him for my car sounded like a great way to honor him. After 2 attempts their image looked nothing like my cat. I asked to cancel my order. They are telling me they can't do that. I can tell them once again how to fix the image and they will keep trying but they can't refund my money. They have been given 5 images of my cat. I'm not the artist here. If I could explain how to fix it I would just draw it myself. This is ridiculous. Because someone sat at a computer and mocked up a drawing of my cat they can't cancel the order. I'm beyond dissapointed in this company.

Ordered a print on November 20 and paid extra to be “first in line” to assure it would arrive by Christmas since it was a gift. It’s now January 5 and it still has NOT ARRIVED. Terrible and unresponsive customer service.

My wife absolutely loved this unique product! Don’t expect “Amazon” 2-day delivery.... but this was definitely worth the wait!!!

I am not one to disparage a company, especially during the holiday season. I can only imagine how busy it is and how every customer thinks they are the only customer. With that in mind, I feel bound to share my experience at Mypetprints.com. I ordered a custom item on December 7th. They say it takes 3 weeks. I took a chance that I would receive by Christmas. No luck. OK, so given what I said earlier, I'm trying to give them a break. It's now December 29th, and still nothing. The communication was very nice - they seem like they value their customers. But they need to fix the shipping and tracking issue or they will continue to see disappointed customers. Again, I acknowledge this is not Amazon and I was not expecting it to be delivered the next day. So, if you have time and are not expecting your order as a gift, then I think you will be fine.

Awful customer service, order was placed a month ago and still hasn’t arrived and they have ignored numerous emails. Terrible company, spend your money elsewhere.

Good artwork and blankets just needs better communication. I never received an email saying my artwork was ready for me to approve until I emailed them. I also didn’t receive an email tell me that it had shipped. I found out through downloading the Arrive app which told me that it was shipped 4 days ago. They also didn’t have tracking

Edit: currently at the end of them projected shipping of 3-5 days. Shipped on DEC 9th and it’s now 16th.

Edit 2: I finally received my package on Dec 20th. almost a week after they said it should arrive.

Edit 3:at 11:23am on Dec 23rd i finally got an email from them stating that my order had been shipped. The email was sent 2 weeks after the order was actually sent and 3 days after it actually arrived.

I have purchased 3 blankets. We loved the first two but gave the 3rd one a 3 star. The first two blankets the dogs were perfect. The third blanket had 3 dogs on it. All three had been on one of the previous blankets. The third time I had to go back and forth with the artist on the likeness of one dog. They had captured each dog perfectly on the first two but could not capture one of the dogs on the third one. It was frustrating because each time they changed the one dog a little bit they would change another dog (which was perfect already). Finally, I just gave in. The one dog was on both blankets - you would never know they were the same dog. Coloring was off and the look. I even sent a picture of him on the first blanket. Recommendation - only put one or two dogs on the blanket.

Cute, and the likeness was caught for the most part, but the coloring wasn't a total match. Still pleased with the outcome.

UPDATE! They are awful, quick and easy - save your money. Working with them since May, damaged product, no replacement and no money back.

I purchased 4 decals of my dogs and gifts for friends. My friends loved them and I was very pleased on the likeness of all 4 dogs. A real fun thing to share and flaunt. I wish I could share the pics on this site for you to see the quality.

The decal looks just like the face of my Manx cat.

Fantastic, 100% worth the wait.

Ordered a print on Aug 2. Did not hear anything for 3 days. My order has still not shipped. On their website I see that if I paid a ‘fee’ of $14.95, my order would go to the head of the line. So unlessIi pay a bribe my order may never be printed.

I have created atleast 15 stickers from this company and they have all turned out so amazing! Sometimes it takes some time to receive, but they are responsive and the work is always amazing!
