This company is awesome. Great and healthy food for my dog. He always does a happy dance when he’s about to have him some Tallys Ranch dog food.

Everything has been good. The dogs are not as happy with the food if I would like, but I’m gonna keep trying. I don’t need any more food for quite a while. I have three bags 3 1/2 bags now and I think that’s that’s enough for a while. So I need to slow down my delivery service. I don’t know how to do that. Please advise.

Informative about delivery. It is always here when they say it’s going to be. I love the smaller bags for when we travel, I don’t have to cart around big bags of food. And it stores well!

So far, all three of my dogs love Tally’s Ranch Slow Cooked/Air Dried Beef Recipe food. They’ve been on it for about 3 weeks and seem to be doing great. I would recommend for sure.

My review here is made after being a customer for many months. The food quality is great, as promised. I know that different dogs have different tastes, and we tried several brands before getting here. My King Charles Spaniel really likes this in his bowl.

But above that, Tally's Ranch makes the entire process smooth, from scheduling the delivery, changing dates, quantity, and selection of chicken, beef, etc. And the delivery has been 100% I can't think of any online purchase I've made which has been consistently great like this has been.

It's a great product (important for the "end user") and backed up with a flawless user experience (important for the human).

The communication for conception was great. Check-in during transition from a real human. My pup has a sensitive tummy, and Tally's has been good.

Getting food was like pulling teeth from a conscious chicken. Although the customer service staff was nice, they could screw up a single car parade. I gave up, cancelled, & went with a different company.
UPDATE: A very, very insistent man called me to tell me that they" had NEVER received a 1-star review before" and would not let me off the phone even though I told him several times that i interrupted a business call to take his call. He was far less interested in my issues than he was with the 1-star rating...perhaps some attention to what the customer tells you would help avoid this in the future. My issue was with what they sent me and how the communication was fouled up in the MULTITUDE of emails it took to accomplish one simple subscription order. I will own my part of the confusion (which was unsurprising considering there had to be a gazillion emails sent back and forth....) but I don't have the bandwidth to go through this over and over. I'm raising the review to a 3 star review because they at least followed up. The food they sent me before was not the problem - it was that they sent me a different food than what my dog liked rather than what they sent before that she DID like and then tried to blame me for their error. Not to mention that I ran out of food because they sent me the wrong food, forcing me to buy food from somebody else while they figured it out. We'll agree to disagree but caveat emptor!

CS responds quickly and willing to assist in any way possible. My dog is enjoying the food as well!

Best dog food ever according to my girls! They couldn’t wait for me to get the box open and immediately after serving them their dinner I knew I had to return to tally‘s ranch food! The folks at Talley‘s Ranch are extremely helpful and you can tell that they are grateful to get the next order and know that your dogs are getting a good balanced meal! I love the smaller bags it’s easier for me to pick up and I love seeing the vegetables in the food

We tried many different brands after finding out Dixie had allergies. Your brand was the one she liked the best. No starches or pea flour. Which she is allergic too. We have had less ear infections and the yeast problem seems to have cleared up! Thank you!

Our dogs love the food and treats and it makes me feel good knowing they are getting a high quality food. It has made a big difference in their coats and activity level (ages 14&17). Great food and a great company!

Notified timely of the upcoming order, sufficient time to make changes, delivered when promised, and our dog loves it.

My dog loves the beef food, and hasn't had any recent issues that she used to suffer from.

I switched from a different, more expensive dog food company to this one after much research. My dogs enjoy the food and customer service has been great, so I'm very happy with Tally's Ranch.
