It's very complete but I would like to have the option to have it in french

I was given a lot of information, but it helped me to find what my pup was having a reaction to. I am so glad I did this and I have been recommending it to my friends who also have pups.

We have had three of our French bulldogs take these tests and they have been spot on. They are so easy to use and have saved us from needing regular cytopoint shots.

I purchased a screening of my dog. Then I noticed another subscription payment coming out of my bank. I got in touch with them. They were obnoxious and said they sign everyone up and you have to opt out !!!!!! I did not see anything in relation to this when I purchased my dog screening. They refused to give my money back. Don’t upload your payment details to this company, they are thieves and not very nice customer service

The process was very easy, and results came quickly. We're already seeing an improvement in our dog's health! This company was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend it to others.

It was really easy to set up the test and I appreciated the acknowledgement of safe receipt of the test sample.
The report was clear, concise and very informative.

Really good service, easy, straightforward to use. The day after receiving confirmation my results had been received, I then received the results. These are really comprehensive and will give me good starting point for diet elimination.

Really quick and easy to do. Very helpful for knowing what exactly my dog was reacting to and since eliminating most of the high and medium reactors, his symptoms are so much better. Thank you!

Very happy with the whole experience! This was soooo easy and convenient to do this testing for our puppy. She's had a lot of tummy issues since the day we brought her home - vet kept suggesting different foods -- we couldn't figure out the problem. This testing totally gave me the confidence to know it wasn't the five different puppy foods we tried, so we kept searching: she had giardia!!! Poor little pup.

For the pet sensitivity hair analysis I received all of the information in a timely fashion. I think this is a great product. Having this analysis gave me a starting point without having to spend hundreds of dollars and a lot of extra time. There were some surprises and it turns out that we were doing some things that on the surface were healthy but in this case were not. So thank you for the product and the results.

I had a great experience with this company for getting my sweet furrbaby tested for different allergies that he is sensitive too. It was affordable and theresults were very detailed and the list was broad to say the least! I mainly wanted to know if he had a dairy allergy because he loves milk and cheese!! Also, I wanted to make sure he wasnt allergic to chicken because he eats it daily and its a main ingredient in MOST ALL DOG FOODS AND TREATS IN ONE FORM OR ANOTHER!! Luckily he didnt have a sensitivity to any of the things I was worried about!!
Also, the customer service was fantastic!! I sent an email to them twice while waiting on my results and they answered back both times within an hour or so!! And they also have a phone number and offer free consultation to discuss any questions u have about your results or any of the process!! I definitely recommend 10/10 my furry furrbaby "Chase"and I r very happy!! Thanks so much!!

FYI: Its been a while since I got this test done and this review wouldn't go back that far so I just had go to the farthest date that it would go back to and let me pick but my service test date was actually 11-14-2023 sorry it took so long to review i just found this email looking back on my results!! A lot of good information. My pet have been suffering from allergies and I needed to know what not to feed her.

I love how easy the whole process was, the instructions are simple and understandable. In a couple of days after mailing the sample the results were received. The details are amazing with just a few strands of hair or fur. I truly recommend your company. Thank you!
