Mysignature Reviews

MySignature was easy to use and helps me make my emails look super professional. I like how I can pick from of the most cool templates and add my own information and social media links. It saves a ton of time, and I can even use it on my phone as well. The support team is friendly and quick to help. I’m happy with how my emails look now—thanks, MySignature!

So I’ve been using MySignature for a while now, and honestly, it's been great. Setting up my email signature was super easy — no problems at all. The templates are simple to use, and I was able to customize everything to fit my style in minutes. Everything just worked smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for something straightforward but professional.

The templates look clean and professional and I really like how quickly I could set up a signature that matched my brand. Definitely recommend!

Das erstellen klappt auch ohne Zahloption hervorragend, nur leider wird man gezwungen sich für ein Abo zu entscheiden um seine erstellte Mail-Signatur auch verwenden zu können.

Needed something to make my outreach more memorable, and MySignature does the job. Super easy to set up, looks clean, and the email tracker is a nice bonus – works great together. Nothing to complain about, just does what it’s supposed to.

I have been using my Signature for two years. I recently reached out with a customer service issue and I have so far found the service to be pointless, it may has well have been auto generated, and not in any way customer focused at all. It is also taking days for a reply. Actually really disappointed, won't be back and would suggest looking elsewhere as when it counts, Mysignature don't seem to care.

We’ve been using my signature for our email signature needs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for our team to create professional, branded email signatures that are consistent across the board.

What sets them apart is their attention to detail and the ability to customize signatures to fit our unique brand. The support team is exceptional, always quick to respond and offer solutions when needed. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the professional appearance of our emails, and the integration with our systems was seamless.

I needed an email signature provider that’s easy to use and quick to set up. MySignature checked all the boxes, so I went with it. It also provides guides and step-by-step articles, so it's really easy to figure out how to create a signature and set it up in your mail.

I would not recommend! Pay someone to make you a one time email instead. These guys are a bit of a scam. you have to pay a yearly subscription per user, you can't just cancel or stop auto-renew, you have to message or email support and on top of that they are saying that if you cancel the subscription your signature will no longer work apparently, so you are paying for an email signature monthly which is so stupid it doesn't make any sense.

I don't actually think they can make it broken, but if they can, that's very sad, because after paying for a year you are left with nothing.

Here is them saying it:

5. What will happen with my signatures once I cancel my subscription?
Once you cancel your subscription and the paid period ends, your signatures will appear as broken in your emails.

Klare Empfehlung!

This is a very useful tool to make great-looking email signatures. Offering robust, easy-to-use features. It makes your email look professional. Supported by a very active team, with new features added periodically. Great job! 5 stars!

My signature is a fantastic little tool that allows tons of customisation for you email signatures. It's easy to use, and you can create really great signatures within a few minutes... And if you were lucky enough to get it from app sumo on the lifetime plan, then it's a TOTAL bargain for a stellar service.
Even at the monthly subscription, it still a brilliant thing to have compared to so many others on the market that are ridiculously over priced.
Get it and use it. You won't regret it.

Great product, I've been using for a couple years now.

Can't recommend them enough. If you are not using Mysignature, you are leaving traffic and therefore money on the table. Absolutely amazing. Can't believe I let my company go so long without a solution like this. The metrics are also super useful because it tells you what people are interested in.

Good product for creating professional looking email signatures. What I like the most is its ease of use and the fact that it has different templates. It is quite easy to customize if you want to add your personal touch and align it with the corporate image of your business.

Helps me ensure that all members of my team have a uniform and consistent signature that shows all the information we need. Very well done.
