Absolute scam! I signed up for what I thought was a free tool, but they charged my card without clear warning and refused a refund when I canceled within hours. Support ignored my emails for days, then disabled my account without notice. Signatures barely worked—formatting broke in Outlook. Stay away, there are better free options like WiseStamp or HubSpot. Waste of time and money

I usually get annoyed with tools like this, but this one was actually easy. Drag, drop, type, done. The final signature looks good and I didn’t have to figure anything out. Big win for me.

The built-in email tracker is such a useful feature. I can see when my emails are opened, which helps me follow up at the right time. Combined with the signature, it’s like having a mini marketing tool inside my Gmail.

The email signatures look great - easy to set up, customise and use with my gmail account.
Only downside is that even if you upgrade, you can only make one signature and can't save any as a draft unless you pay for a whole other account.
If you only want one or are prepared to pay for more, then it is a great tool. Really like the layouts and being able to atttach banners from Canva.

Absolute racket.
I made the mistake of upgrading to a paid account because it seemed worthwhile. I signed up using my Gmail purely for ease of logging in — I never intended to use the service for my Gmail, only for my business email.

Without warning, they disabled my account. I immediately replied to the automated message explaining the situation, but it took 4–5 more follow-up emails (and multiple spammy emails pushing me to upgrade again) before I got any real response.

Zero communication. Zero support. Meanwhile, they kept trying to upsell me while ignoring my actual problem.

Complete scam. Save your money and your time.

Had brilliant support from Katherine at "mysignature.io,"who stuck with me through over a dozen frantic emails as I tried to update my headshot in my email signature. This super patient lady helped me through the technical struggle I experienced, and stayed with me until I solved the issue, which wasn't easy, especially as she was dealing with someone who really hates having to sort out technical problems...couldn't recommend her more, and she deserves a medal for talking me calmly through all the stages until I got my new headshot installed correctly. Top marks!

Customer service is the worst. Also, signed up, then did not use the product. When it renewed a year later, they WILL NOT OFFER REFUND. Worst customer experience ever. NOT recommended at all.

MySignature was easy to use and helps me make my emails look super professional. I like how I can pick from of the most cool templates and add my own information and social media links. It saves a ton of time, and I can even use it on my phone as well. The support team is friendly and quick to help. I’m happy with how my emails look now—thanks, MySignature!
