MySignature Is a great tool for email signatures. I've been a user for years. The interface is easy to use and instructions are simple to follow.

A simple tool that works well. I must admit I haven't used it too often as I don't change my e-mail signature that often but it is always there when I need it.

It's very simple and straightforward to use these email signatures, and they look really, really beautiful. It's easy to create, and they look amazing.

Great tool for creating professional email signatures - I've been using MySignature for a while now and it's saved me a lot of time. The templates look clean and modern, easy to customize with our brand colors and logo, and it integrates smoothly with Gmail and the Mail app on our Macs. Setup took just a few minutes and the signatures render consistently across different email clients. Solid value for the price.

I juggle a few very different projects—from international marine engineering contracts to running a YouTube channel, a podcast on Hubhopper, and my own website and blog. For the longest time, I just used HubSpot's free email signature generator. Don't get me wrong, HubSpot is a fantastic, zero-cost option if you just need a basic signature for a standard job. But as my digital content grew, manually creating and updating separate HTML files for all my different roles became a huge headache.
Switching to MySignature has been a total game-changer for my daily emails. The biggest edge it has over free tools like HubSpot is the centralized dashboard. It lets me easily manage my professional B2B maritime signature right alongside the branding for my podcast, YouTube channel, and blog, all in one place.
The drag-and-drop editor is super intuitive, and the templates just look a lot more polished. What I really love—and what you don't get with standard free generators—is the ability to add custom promotional banners and actually track link clicks. It’s incredibly helpful to see if people are checking out my latest podcast episodes or blog posts right from my emails.
If you’re balancing a professional career with creative projects and want a slick, highly customizable way to upgrade your emails, MySignature is a fantastic tool. It completely blows the basic alternatives out of the water.

I LOVE LOVE Mysignature. I have been using it for several years now and I have 3 businesses. This is one of the easiest apps we have used! Thorough instructions are provided for a variety of email providers so it is virtually impossible to get it wrong. There are a variety of templates to choose from or you can create your own email signature. It adds an elevated level of professionalism to the emails. Highly recommend.

⭐ 1/5 – Unethical and scrupulous business!!! Deliberately ripping consumers off.

I used MySignature ONCE about a year ago and was recently charged USD $79 for an annual subscription renewal that I no longer use or need.

I cancelled the subscription on the SAME DAY as the renewal, WITHIN MINUTES of seeing the charge, and immediately contacted MySignature requesting a refund. I have not used the service at all during the renewed subscription period.

Despite this, MySignature has repeatedly refused to refund the USD $79, simply referring me to their refund policy.

They say they sent a renewal reminder seven days before the charge, but the subject line did not clearly alert me that a USD $79 automatic renewal was about to be processed. the subject line actually said the subscription was ending!!! I missed the email and only became aware of the renewal when I saw the payment.

I have now disputed the charge through PayPal and intend to report my experience to the ACCC regarding their shady automatic renewal practices.

I would strongly recommend checking whether you actually need a paid service like this before subscribing. There are free alternatives available, including HubSpot.

For a subscription I used once, followed by an immediate cancellation and a refusal to refund an entirely unused renewal period, this has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

UPDATE: Following this review, MySignature contacted me and issued the full USD $79 refund. I appreciate that the matter has now been resolved

Just a fantastic company to work with - we love that the company cares enough to give you the time and energy when we have questions. I’ve been a MySignature user for over three years, and I’m consistently impressed with their service. It’s much more than just a digital signature platform. The personal dashboard provides valuable engagement analytics, while features like the digital business card and contact management tools add even more value. (I need to leverage more)

Most importantly, their customer service is exceptional. Their response time is fast, and they genuinely make you feel like a valued customer. That level of service, combined with the platform’s features, is why I’ve remained a loyal MySignature customer for more than three years.

One thing I really like about MySignature is how easy is to make changes. If we need to update a link, contact info, or anything else, it takes a minute instead of editing HTML code again.

The analytics are also helpful because I can see if people interact with the links in my signature. It's just much easier to manage everything in one place.

The cost is astronomical - when I signed up, there was no way for me to pay monthly, there was only the option for annual subscriptions. I have used and recommended this previously, never again. When I went to cancel my subscription about a week after signing up they refused to give me a prorated refund. I paid $70+ for 1 email signature I won't be using.

To top it off, they offer less customizations, outdated technology, and it is more difficult to use than their competitors. I'd highly recommend using a different company.
