I started my own business just this year!
I started my own business as a professional speaker just 1 week ago: new year, new luck, new business! Therefore I needed a good and serious looking signature for my correspondance in the future. The customer support was there for my questions right away, eventough it's another continent and different working hours; but I definitely recommend Mysignature with all its multiple and inspiring templates!

Hi Lacovos,
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
We understand. In fact, we had a few other customers just like you who were initially uneasy about the price. But they found that with the Pro plan, they get all Pro templates, features, extensions and tracker for Gmail.
To make this matter right, we would be happy to offer you a discount, as well as a guarantee that you will get assistance in your work with our service.
Don't hesitate to contact us at info@mysignature.io so we can help you.

Hi Chris,
We're sorry that you didn't have a great experience with our service.
Unfortunately, your refund request wasn't approved by our Financial department because you asked for a refund for a recurring payment for an active subscription that was applied to your active account. Also, although you were informed by our reseller partner, Paddle, about the scheduled payment seven days before the charge, you canceled your subscription only after being automatically charged. You can take a look at our refund policy here: https://mysignature.io/terms.
Sorry for any inconvenience you had. Please, let us provide you with an in-account 25% discount for our service should anything change on your end.
We appreciate your understanding,

Nice design, but a few kinks
The final sig came out great! But the mobile version omitted the photos, and I could not figure out why. The photos showed up in settings, but not in the actual sent emails...? Also the link to my websites kept reverting back to the same site (I added three customs) That was annoying. But if you are doing a basic design, and not using iphone, it works!
