Excellent service

I was a little apprehensive seeing that my order was being delivered from China, as my previous transaction from another company did not go well.this time was totally different and quite surprising. My Spotify Gifts was a great company to deal with from ordering through delivery. I checked on my order several times because of past history with others. My contact named Quinn was fantastic. Each time I inquired she responded with information, location and timing for the making of my custom item from developing to shipping, to and follow up after delivery. Fear not buyers, this company is legitimate and a joy to work with. Give Quinn a gold star!

My order never arrived! They were mentioning that it is on the way but when I tracked the order the USPS never received the item. They were lying to me the whole time about the product being processed. It's a scam and they refused to give me a refund!!

It came on time and in a decent time. The product it beautiful and is good quality.

Took some time to get here but was worth the wait. I thought the whole site was a little sketch so I didn’t trust but I’m glad I tried it. It’s well worth it. My only complaint is I wish it came with an either better quality necklace piece or a longer one.

My first keychain was missing a letter in the song title, and myspotifygiftsus was very quick and understanding to address the situation. They set me a replacement keychain, which again had the mistake in the title. I reached out again and they sent me another replacement, making sure to look carefully at the title. This time when it arrived, it was perfect! They are very good with making sure the customers are satisfied with their purchase!!

I had a question about my order and I was hesitant to reach out, but I am so glad I did!! I got an email back within a couple hours from Irene. Irene was so kind and helpful! Definitely a 5 star review!
