Had the product other companies were waiting for and a fast delivery.
I ordered a toilet part on another site previously, but after 2 weeks and no expected delivery time, I tried this site.
It arrived less than 4 days after ordering, so very happy.
Only negative is that there was no email communication about progress. But when it is this fast, it is not a problem :)

Read several MTS reviews & like previous customer & not put off, decided to enquire?. Email was replied to promptly. Unable to access model number - however, really helpful advice of taking pictures of WC to access correct soft close Serel replacement. MTS were able to match exactly - paid over phone - despatched promptly. Arrived safely packed via Parcel Force
Clear instructions & was able to install straight away! On this occasion MTS came up trumps - very happy to use again!

I ordered a replacement toilet seat at a not inconsiderable cost. When the package arrived I set about changing the seat only to find that the seat delivered was not the one ordered and was also significantly damaged. This item was returned, however I did not receive any communication on when I could expect delivery of the item ordered and paid for and so chased by phone. I was informed that they do not have any in stock and someone would get back to me. Shortly thereafter I received an email issuing a full refund albeit strangely telling me that the item is on a 4-6 week back order. The customer experience has been very poor and has in effect left me feeling kicked in the teeth with the company taking no real accountability for their failure to deliver the parts ordered. Interestingly at the time of writing the part is still available on the website.
My message is clear, please check availability before you order and check very carefully that you do receive what you have paid for. Buyer beware!

I was initially put off by bad reviews, but after reading through the good reviews thought it was worth a phone call to check if the toilet seat I was after was in stock (toilet seat had been discontinued quite a while ago and was a really odd shape)
I spoke to a lady called Adele who was really helpful, she took the model name from me and said she would check if it was in stock, within ten minutes she had called me back to confirm it was in stock, took payment from me and the item was delivered the next day. Amazing service, I would not hesitate to use this company again

Wrong item received, nothing like my order.

My inlet valve has a cranked pedestal, their valve had a cranked arm.

My soft close toilet seat cracked and I approached a number of suppliers to see if I could order a replacement...the seat was 12 years old. MTS were the only company able to confidently confirm they could replace the lid and seat with a match. I ordered and sure enough after a week an exact replacement arrived. Was a tad on the expensive side but it is what it is. Wife is happy as an I. Good service and would recommend.

Like some others here, I was initially put off by the negative reviews but they were the only company that could supply the flush button that I required so I went ahead with the purchase and I’m glad I did. The ordering was straightforward, I was kept informed of delivery and the item turned up within a week of ordering. My experience of this company was very good and I would use them again for future purchases.

First, phoned to enquire about some replacement toilet seat buffers to fit a derwent Macdee seat. Sent photos with explanatory details.
Unfortunately none in stock. No issue with that

Followed up with a request for Derwent Macdee’s direct contact details as I couldn’t find any info online myself.
I mentioned that due to the the existing buffers disintegrating and the toilet being my 84 year old mothers, it was a health and safety issue, so I needed to get the situation fixed.

Reply received was a terse “you can go and search their number on Google”. That was from RK, customer service admin.

I do hope one of the managers there reads this.

More than happy with Richard’s, help and patience sourcing a discounted toilet seat. Vitra advised none of their range would fit and said we need a new pan. Arrived within 2 days and perfect fit, can’t thank him enough. Would recommend and use this company again.

Like many others MTS appeared to be the only company with access to the spares required. Sadly, my experience was very poor.

When placing my order I only received it in part, with no communication from the supplier on when the final item would be back in stock. When the first part arrived it was broken so had to be replaced.

It took more than 6 weeks to discover that the second part of the order had been delivered to a wrong address. Due to an error with MTS’ delivery note, I was then accused of lying about which part I had not received.

They were able to evidence the delivery error through Royal Mail and clearly do not have robust enough processes to mark the correct items on their dispatch notes.

To add further insult to injury the long awaited part was wrong, despite being advised of it by MTS and sending clear photos.

All in all a complete waste of time and money.

Ordered a discontinued toilet seat for a raised toilet for my amputee sister. Paid a stupid price as couldn't get it anywhere else and needed like for like. £120 for a seats a rip off but had me over a barrel as couldn't find another. Went to check with stock room that still had it. Got email to say dispatched but later denied that it was in stock and only after me calling again was I told order was cancelled as couldn't find it. Just as well I paid by PayPal as got money back but please do not use this company they are over priced rip off merchants who sell items they don't have. Not nice to deal with

ive got a old concealed cistern no one could get a new flush valve richard asked me to send photograph and he ordered the right one from poland it took a month to get but he did what he said he would thank you

We were nervous ordering from MTS based on the poor Trustpilot reviews, but the toilet seat we needed to replace was discontinued by the manufacturer, hard to source and nearly twice the price on other sites. Our experience was excellent - my husband called to check stock and check they seemed legit (!) and they promised next day delivery. Delivery was indeed next day, by DPD, and the part was exactly as described. Couldn’t fault the service we received, and sorry others have had problems, but adding this review for balance!

My toilet spares told me item was dispatched. When it hadn’t arrived 6 days later I was told it would be another 5 to 7 days. When it didn’t arrive they said manufacturer had failed to send. This was impossible as manufacturer had discontinued item which is why I ordered from My Toilet Spares. Waste of time using this company.

Our experience ordering from MTS is very positive! We have been searching for flush plates to replace our broken ones and two plumbing engineer companies we asked couldn’t find them. I then came across MTS online and they had the exact same parts we needed so ordered one to make sure it fitted then ordered another two which arrived next day delivery! Very very pleased and would highly recommend MTS.

Zero stars if it was possible, they allso trade as cheeapreplacementtoiletseats, stay away, 8 days llater I do not know if I will get my item, no updates at all, keep chasing everyday via whatsapp, standard response, charged me 9 pounds for urgent delivery, waste of time, energy and money down the toilet

Just for a little balance as the feedback here is overwhelmingly negative (I hadn't read it prior to placing an order). I needed a part that has long since disappeared - MTS had it in stock. I ordered... the site promised me shipping updates... I got absolutely nothing until an SMS from their courier (DPD) saying my parcel would be delivered - it arrived three days later well packaged and in perfect condition.

Avoid, avoid,avoid. Trust the reviews, I wish I had read them before purchasing. Still waiting for my refund 2 months in. Credit card company dealing with them now. Complete crooks who send the wrong items then mess you around with the returns process. Have had to chase them nine times and counting. Should not be in business.

I decided to leave a review because they have so many bad ones. I was very hesitant to purchase through them but the seat I required (a Haro wave) is expensive and was difficult to source. So I took a punt as they had it in stock and at significantly less than other limited suppliers. Ordered on the Tuesday arrived on the Saturday, perfect very very happy.

An absolute shambles of a company!
Spent nearly two weeks waiting for article to arrive. After 2 phone calls was informed that item was out of stock and a refund would be issued.
