Scammers!!
Made an order but never received the item.
Tried to resolve the issue on the phone but they were incompetent and aggressive.
I had to contact my bank to get the a refund.

The speed to take your money leaves burn marks across your bank account - but to get the item that you have ordered is ridicuolosly slow. Every day for two weeks I have received a delivery notification - yet no product delivered. When I ring for an update, the item is yet to be picked, I am promised it will be delivered tomorrow. As everyone knows, tomorrow never comes!

The staff are rude and don't want to know or deal with the call. I have spent a fortune on this order and if it is not delivered in the next couple of days I will be contacting them for a full refund.

My advice is to avoid and find another company that can deliver when they promise. Customer service is terrible and delivery is worse.

The part received was not as described by MyToiletSpares on their website. It took them 2 weeks to agree to a return but then I had to pay the return postage even though the issue was totally their fault. To add insult to injury they would not refund the total amount even though the returned part was in perfect and unused condition. I found the correct part on Amazon and it was almost 50% cheaper than MyToiletSpares.

Ordered replacement Toilet flush plates almost a month ago but despite sending many emails and serval telephone calls( which are never answered !) still no response or items purchased received

Sent a toilet seat that does not fit despite being assured by an engineer that it would fit. Very disappointed as can not send back. I will be challenging this as it is not fit for purpose

Always leave positive reviews where it’s deserved but felt that this was worthy too. Would advice against ordering from MTS. While good stock, competitive prices as with others have experienced issues with my order. Toilet seat delivered quickly and the fittings provided do not fit. Richard says that I need a professional to do it but I’m certain any human is capable of seeing whether a post fits in to a slot. Despite getting a plumber friend to confirm Richard still denies to accept that they supplied the wrong part. Referred me to the manufacturer. Ordered correct part direct from manufacturer and fitted perfectly. Sent MTS pictures and asked whether they would refund the cost of me getting the correct part. Not interest. AVOID.

I ordered a toilet seat, when it arrived the outer box was dented, when I opened the inner box, it was all undone,and dented.
on the bottom flap, the tape was cerated so was not sealed down, I was told the seat would come in a plastic bag all sealed up, and if I opened it, and anything was wrong with it, they would not take it back.
It was not even in a plastic bag, all loose sliding all over the place, I did not know if the seat had a crack or damage on it, so I asked to send it back.
Ellie who was very nice told me I would get my money back of £129.00. price I paid, when I got my Bank statement yesterday, they had given me £10.00. short allegedly.
I rang Richard to ask him the reason, he told me it was the cost of the carrier, and their was nothing wrong with the seat, he told me it was in a plastic bag, I told him it was all loose in the box, I have got pictures of it, he told me I could re purchase the toilet seat, and he would give me the £10.00. back.
I said I would think about it, I am 78yrs of age, and asked him for the measurements of the toilet seat, as I had only given him the size of the toilet when I ordered the seat.
He promised me he would send me the measurements today, I got a e mail from Richard saying he had hunted high and low and could not find the measurements, I told him he had said he had the seat so why could he not measure it for me.
Ellie & Charlie were very nice, lovely people, but Richard is very unprofessional allegedly in my opinion.
The carrier left the box in my green house, was asked to if I was out, I was in, my car was near my back door, and they just left it, and never told me the box had ben damaged, but Ellie told me they rang the company to tell them.
In my opinion the carrier should have paid for the seat to be delivered to me, as allegedly I was told the box was damaged by them.
I would never ever deal with this company again, shocking to treat me like this and to keep some money back when I am a pensioner and non of this was my fault, I would have kept the toilet seat if it had not arrived damaged, and in a plastic bag, spoken to other bathroom companies who say items should be in a sealed plastic bag, so they can be re sold again if any problems, not sold loose like mine was.
I would avoid this company.
I had a idea when I got a reply by e mail, from Richard, their would be some excuse not to give me the seat measurements.

This company is dreadful to deal with. Wrong item sent, only compared to original hinge and trying to refuse to accept hinges back again, saying I’ve tried to fit them. Will probably have to go to PayPal for a refund. They seem to think they can ignore the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and all the distance selling regulations. Just avoid, avoid, avoid and if you really can’t find the spare part you want then use PayPal to give you some protection. Also heard that the owner claims to be an ‘admin assistant’ dealing with customer queries. Con artist all round.

I recently bought a few products for a HMO refurb and was happy with products and service

Over a three week period, I was told 4 times that the item I ordered was coming in the following day and that it would be sent on a 24 hour delivery as soon as they received it. I still do not have my order. If you are in any rush, stay far away from this company.

I ordered a toilet seat in early March. One of the hinges was faulty. It took two months of emails and calls to persuade MTS send a new toggle only, they refused to replace the full hinge. It's never been fully secure and now has lost all grip, so the seat moves and we cannot use it. I called and was told to email. I have emailed and received a rude reply telling me to "get your plumber back to do his job properly". This is not a plumbing job, it is simply a faulty hinge. All emails are signed by "Richard". I assume this Richard KIng-Davis, who is the managing director according to records at Companies House. I will take the matter further.

Customer service awful! They have a 'couldn't care less' attitude once they have your card number.
Any faults are passed onto the manufacturer and MTS take no resposibility. Shocking way to run a business!

After another email telling me it’s my fault and I need to contact Villeroy & Boch I bought new dampers from another supplier. Fitted in 10 minutes, problem solved. Won’t touch these losers ever again - Trading Standards next…awful.

Brilliant service and very quick on delivery. Would recommend this company to anyone

This company is rubbish they take your money and don't deliver. I think they are a third party and don't hold any stock at all. Still waiting for refund.

If it was possible to leave no stars it would be too many!
Ordered parts for my Mum on the 28th May. Was sent a confirmation straight away and like others was billed immediately.
After a week we contacted them asking if they had a tracking number. No tracking number was given but we were assured it would arrive in the next few days or they would order a replacement.
It did not arrive and after talking to a representative a second one was "apparently" ordered on 15th June. This did not show up either. We called again and were told it was in the post and it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. No sign of the parts by 21st June. So we asked for a refund.
Each time we called we spoke to a different person and there was no consistency. On the same call one person said it was in the post and would arrive the next day. Another said they would post it tomorrow??? We were left with the impression that nothing was actually ever shipped!
This was a very frustrating experience. Reading other reviews many people have had similar experiences.
Strongly suggest avoiding this company.

I placed an order for an Italian toilet seat cover I could not find anywhere else in April. They charged me for it right away. After not getting any shipment confirmation I followed up and got a confirmation with no tracking. 20 days later still no part. When I chased again was told the part hadn't been received from the manufacturer. I told them to give me a firm date or cancel and refund. That they did instantly! The only positive experience with this whole thing was the speed of refund. Will not be using this site again.

Good service. Needed to replace a discontinued toilet seat, and they were one of only two places I could find that still had it in stock - and the only ones that had it in stock at anything approaching a reasonable price.

Item arrived a day later than anticipated (which is why I've docked a star), but still within the necessary timeframe.

Adele in Customer Services was very courteous and responsive in my phone dealings with her.

I ordered a toilet seat for an old Balena toilet three weeks ago. It should have been sent to Switzerland. According to the homepage, the product is in stock. So far only the credit card has been charged. I don't get any answers to my repeated inquiries. I will probably have to have the credit card charge rejected, my hope was in vain.
