Buyer beware if ordering from the Irish site. All shipping and customer service is done through Denmark and both were sub par in my experience. I ordered a Caseology Parallax phone case, a brand and line I have used for years and love. As the company were bought by Spigel I had to order on My TrendyPhone.ie. The cost was higher than previous ones bought on Amazon. The website said 2-3 working days, it took more than 14 working days. I had to contact customer service who told me it was coming from Denmark so the 2-3 days clearly stated on the .ie website were not applicable. I also had to wait a day to get a response. The case finally arrived and it was not the same quality. It was not good at all, it was much slimmer than previous ones and the edges which had always been smooth were so sharp it was uncomfortable to use. Back I went onto the website to do a return. Filled out all the return information (which also asks for your bank details FYI to return cost of shipping it says) and no matter how many times I tried it would not work. I had to try contact through the chat, then contact through the customer service. Again waiting nearly two days this time for a response. I was sent a RMA to attach to the envelope, this was not in English. It also said freepost. Went to post office and it was not freepost. At this stage due to the ongoing problems with this site, the post was sent registered because I just did not trust them. I sent a message last week to enquire about my refund because I can see the phone case was received. They are now claiming that I cannot get a refund because it did not arrive within 14days. If you are on their website and check returns from the basket page it will tell you that you have 30 days to make a claim. I really thought this would be a simple purchase due to the fact I am familiar with the product and have loved it for years without any problems. I would not recommend this site.
Update: Refund was finally given
