Bought smart phone case for Samsung S25Fe. I new,that I will need to activate it by using their app... But(!) ,they did not mention ,that this app is not listed on official sites like Playstore etc. The app is not trusted to install it! Phone is " screeming- WARNING!) . Don't buy any smart cases ! Phone cover took ages to arrive. When it did, only one was available - with poor instructions and doesn't fit. It's a bubbly mess. I tried avoiding Amazon to get this, only to get scammed by this group.

Wrong sized screen protector, terrible customer service
Bought what was described as the right screen protectors for my phone and the same description was on the protectors packaging. But the protectors that came are definitely not the correct size. Customer service is useless. Sending protectors back (at my own expense) but don't hold much hope of getting a refund. Also, thought this was an Irish company because of the '.ie' but it's a Danish company,fyi. Steer clear.

Your delivery is deceptive and misleading. You tell us 3 to 5 working days. I emailed and you responded that it is coming from Denmark, even though I ordered from a .ie website. you tell me to wait until today. still no delivery. I ordered on the 28th April, it is now the 13th May and still no product. I ordered from you instead of amazon as I didn't want to use them. but if this is how you conduct you business no wonder they are taking over independent companies.

Extremely slow shipping. Items were said to be in stock yet took more than 2 weeks to dispatch. Items are shipped from Germany and take a week+ to arrive, despite the adviced 3-5 days.
