I was really hesitant when Credit Karma suggested Tresl for an auto refinance loan. Tresl is a middle man not a lender. But, they do all the work. Marek was great. He let me know every step that was taken as it was happening live.

Tyler was great and walked me through the refinance process. He was incredibly helpful and responsive. I’d definitely use Tresl again specifically because of this, but also the fact I was able to save $100 a month and get a much better rate.

Great and friendly people who help when needed

I had to purchase my company vehicle as they were moving away from providing a leased vehicle for their outside sales reps. That left me with the challenge of finding a place that would help me finance this “lease buyout”. Now I had no idea the the steps that I had to go through in order to purchase this vehicle. I currently am financing a truck through Ally and was hoping I could have them just add this car to my plan but they had no idea what a lease buyout was and that left me scrambling to find an option. I reached out to my bank Chase and they only did auto financing through a link they sent to my phone and even they had no idea how to process a lease buyout. This lead me to Tresl, I was recommended this company through a contact of mine and when I called I spoke to a person, a real actual human being. Well,Mark was his name and he took down my info and said let me get you connected with Rachel as she is going to be the best person to get you taken care of. I gave my contact information and 10 minutes later I am talking to Rachel about my need to purchase my car. Not only did Rachel know what I was talking about she walked me through this whole process like a pro. The transfer of the title, the registration and the financing as well. I provided my vehicles information and my insurance info over to Rachel and away we went. Everything was done via email and zoom call. It took 6 days to complete this whole process and that is because we had to wait for all paperwork to process and the weekend.It was a huge relief to have someone who knew what they were doing to help with this process. I chose my financing option and even included wheel and tires as an additional service on my financing because it was literally $10 more a month on my payment to ensure I could get my wheels and tires covered for any issues that may arise. I know that financing a vehicle is scary for some people as no one really teaches you how to do it so to have some one like Rachel be the guide through this process is the only reason that I am writing this review. I know that my decision to finance with Tresl was not only the smart thing to do, it was tue best decision I could have made when it came to financing my vehicle. Rachel thank you for everything you did and you deserve the recognition for being outstanding!!

I worked with Rachel Bennet and she was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She explained each step of the process, answered all of my questions and aided in moving the process along quickly since I was under a tight deadline. This has been one of the best experiences I've had financing a vehicle.

I had a great experience with Miss Rachel Bennett! When I tell you she went above and beyond to ensure to get me the exact deal I wanted she made it happen. It wasn’t an easy process bc I had a wierd last year work history but she didn’t stress it she was very professional and easy to work with. It took a Month to secure my loan but when I tell you Miss Rachel didn’t miss a beat through out the whole deal really made me feel valued as a customer and she was extremely easy to communicate with and couldn’t imagine having a better person to deal with tabockle of things. It was like we had known each other forever the way we able to work together so I will forever say GO MISS RACHEL!!!!

Saved me almost 14 percent on my refi happy customer took about a week

Scammers!!!! Do not use. They said I was approved. (My credit score is 700+) then they called and said they wanted 1700 down. This was on a refinance. With 100% payment history. Only looked into a refinance because it would have been a nice interest rate drop. Don't use these guys... too many reputable companies to go through.
