This company took good care of me, refinancing my vehicle, Jelani was awesome and professional. Made me feel comfortable during the process. I plan to use them again when my wife refinances her vehicle.

I was purchasing a fleet vehicle thru Tresl. Worst customer experience ever!
Rep tried to force a ridiculously high interest rate from a bank, and when I explained numerous times that my credit score was above 800 all he said was, well you can always refinance!!
They are slow slow slow to find a financial lender to suit your need. I found three other banks on my own that wanted my business.
Be careful and do your homework before agreeing with them on Anything!

poor communication from the start, no introductory from the start on what the representative was doing. Excessive paper work as I paid cash for the vehicle. No explanation why a finance company was involved.
