Amber Feldman made my experience very easy, and she was extremely helpful.
Tresl was recommended through the Credit Karma app. At first I was a little apprehensive but definitely wanted to see if I could save money on my car loan. The process was super easy, all online, and quick. I was fortunate to be assisted by Carene, she walked me through the entire process and kept me updated on next steps. It was a breeze and I saved 3 percent on my auto loan interest rate! I recommend Tresl, and especially Carene, if you want to clickety clack your way to saving some cash!
Tresl did an immediate hard credit pull then didn't follow up to ask for more information. They should collect all available information before dinging my credit.
These people are idiots. I put 22k down on a car and financed 21,700 at 11% and 411/mo. They offered 7.35% and 331/mo only to come back to say my payment would be higher a further down payment would be required. How stupid are they to think I'd agree to increase the interest rate and payment

I recently attempted to refinance my auto loan through Tresl and the entire experience was a frustrating and unnecessary waste of my time and resources.
Tresl took me all the way through their process. I completed the application, received what appeared to be approval to move forward, signed all required documents, and even went as far as sending in my title documents. I also updated my insurance to change the lien holder as instructed by Tresl.
Only after all of this — at the very end of the process — did Tresl inform me that they could not complete the refinance because my comprehensive/collision insurance deductible was over $1,000. They stated I would need to lower it or the deal was off.
This critical requirement was never mentioned at any point during the initial application, pre-qualification, or any of the follow-up communications. It is something that should have been disclosed and verified right at the beginning, before any time was invested by the customer.
As a result, I wasted significant time gathering documents, coordinating with my insurance company, signing paperwork, and handling the title process — all for nothing. The lack of upfront transparency and poor process management feels unprofessional and inefficient.
I would strongly caution others against using Tresl for auto refinancing. Basic qualifying details like insurance requirements should be screened and communicated immediately, not sprung on customers after they've already committed substantial effort.
This experience has left me with no benefit and only frustration. Potential borrowers should be aware of these kinds of last-minute surprises when dealing with Tresl.
Deborah was my agent, and she did an excellent job of helping this process run as smoothly as possible. My particular situation had a few intricacies that needed to be worked around, but it was no sweat for Deb. Highly recommend using TRESL if you want fast and easy financing.

Errol remained in communication with me through the entire process. All of my questions were answered and things explained very well to me. I marvel at how things were all done electronically, saving me lots of time, energy and allowing me to continue my work day without having to leave to go to a physical office to sign or turn in needed documentation, etc.

The communication with my representative was absolutely unreal. I would text the number he gave me and he would respond or call me within minutes. TheZoom call for signing all the paperwork was effortless. Bryson Harri gton was amazing. Literally refinanced my truck in 2 days. Bryson made me do no leg work, and literally called my current Credit Union while he was off to get my payoff, because of the time zone.
