MYTREX Global Reviews

Ordered the aqualift- loved it so much I came back and ordered 4 more products

I got the head scalp massager after reviewing multiple options. This is a Japanese brand and it was one of the few that shipped to the US. The shipping was standard and arrived on time(about 2-3 weeks). I've used it daily and it has been a great investment. It relaxes my scalp very nicely and I use it in the shower to get a deeper cleanse. It comes with several other attachments for face and body, which I haven't used, but I can attest for the scalp attachments! I also really like the different modes: EMS, clean, moist, and regular. It's a great product, and coming from a Japanese company, more credible for me. It also came with a free sleep mask, which now that I've tried, is such good quality. I've used one from Amazon for ages but the Mytrex sleep mask is levels better, with better light blocking, comfortability, and material! I'm writing this review because it came with an offer for a free sleep mask, but the content is genuine and truthful, and based on my experience with the free sleep mask I got with my order, I want another one!

Product works great! Had a little issue with shipping and it took a lot longer to get to me than expected. Communication with company was fast. Would buy from them again!

It’s very light to sleep with and complete lights shutting down.

The Mytrex sleep mask is truly a black out wonder. Awesome for the money. I tried a Manta and it was disappointing compared to Mytrex.

Dear Mytrex Global Team and Support Team,
I want to bring your attention to my recent interaction with your Support Team regarding my Prove Total Skin Lift Device.
Last month, I noticed fluid damage at the dock/cable contact point when my Prove device turned on by itself. Without being able to be turned off, it vibrated for a few hours and then went quiet. I contacted your Support Team and was prompted to send in a video. Quickly, the Support Team identified the issue and arranged for a new device to be sent to me. I’m thoroughly impressed by your outstanding support service, particularly its efficiency and care!
I came across Prove by Mytrex via a YouTube video last year. I saw significant results (uplifted cheeks) after trying it for two weeks. This was my first happy surprise. This recent interaction is the second happy surprise from Mytrex. Excellent products and customer service will certainly win many loyal consumers over. I have already looked into other products by Mytrex (and purchased the Head Spa Deep X Scalp Massager) and will definitely try more soon, with the Rakuno Fit Plus, Medi Neck, and Hiho in mind. In addition, I will gladly recommend Mytrex products and services to my family and friends.
Thank you, Mytrex Global and Support! If you would like to use my testimonial or feedback, I’ll be happy to assist.
Yours sincerely,
Tracy Li

I love the product!!
Used and see the difference they make! Highly recommend this brand to everyone

I really appreciate honest companies. The longer delivery time is clearly stated (to Denmark) and all correspondence is prompt. Everything you can ask from a good company. An of course the product is exactly as described. Really recommend this company and products.

Great product! Very relaxing on my head, functional, easy to use.

I’m really happy with my MYTREX MiRAY ONE. The device feels high quality and well designed, and it is very easy to use at home. I like that it combines different skincare functions in one device, so it makes my routine much more convenient. After using it, my skin feels smoother and refreshed, and it gives a nice spa-like experience without needing to go out. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and would recommend it.

Good product with better customer service

Good product. Love it.

I have bought three products from this store website as recommended by some of my favorite YouTubers.I am satisfied with the quality , price and delivery of the products.I am thinking about the fourth already.

the device is as described. I've been getting the result from the muscle contouring device.

The eye mask is light weight, comfortable on the skin, leaves space around my eyes for blinking and provide complete blackness. I love it.

I own five of their products. Love the DPL beauty device the most . I can see the difference from my skin’s texture and firmness after use for a month .

Aqua Qutto EMS Pelvic Floor Trainer is very easy to use. The delivery was good. The product looks and feels great. The packaging box was luxurious. It is great to be able to use this product from the comfort of my house. Looking forward to see the long term results from using it regularly. Consistency is key and I am committed. Now I am eyeballing other MYTREX products. It feels good to invest in your wellness.

I bought this Aqua Qutto EMS Pelvic floor trainer about three weeks ago and have used it for over a week. I'm already seeing result. It's easy to use. So I'm very satisfied and would recommend it.

Interacted with customer support before buying, experience was great. Shipping was fast and well conducted.
