This company operates fraudulently. SAS did pay us back through this company for a canceled trip and now they can't be reached nor are they paying us back. Tried to get in contact with them by phone and through several contact forms on their web. Simply a scam!!

SCAM. It's all fake good reviews. Our family ended paying way way more and the whole thing was a mess. Please be aware.

Es imposible contactar con mytrip. En la pagina web no hay un formulario para poder ponerte en contacto. Por teléfono estuve una hora i media sin respuesta. Mi consulta tampoco es para solicitar un rembolso o para que mytrip se haga cargo, pero aún así responden con un mensaje automatico, sin atender al cliente.

I have been trying to get a refund from Mytrip for cancelled flight with no response.
My order number was L9BDZM and the reservation number was UNBHW8.
We got an email from you which said that "as our flights have been cancelled. We immediately answered that letter with a full refund request and also tried to contact by phone. Since then there´s have been nothing but automatic replies to our letters.
Please stop ignoring your customers and fulfill your obligations to pay the customers their money back!

Still no response!!!

I have been trying to get a refund for 5 months now with absolutely no response.
My order number was L1PLZP and the reservation number was ORIDK7.
Initially we got an email from you which said that "as our flights have been cancelled we'd have to let MyTrip know if we´d like a voucher or a full refund". We immediately answered that letter with a full refund request. Since then there´s have been nothing but automatic replies to our letters.
Please stop ignoring your customers and fulfill your obligations to pay the customers their money back. The return of money MUST take place within 90 days of your cancellation.

the booking agents clearly don't care if people get on there Christmas holiday in they ruined our entire Christmas in New Year's 2021 we were supposed to travel on the 24th they cancelled our tickets and never returned our money worst experience ever they put you on hold never to get back to you

Necesito mi boleto de viaje o mi dinero, no es posible que cuando intente pagar con mi tarjeta de crédito me hallan descontado del dinero del pasaje y el correo que me llego dice que no me descontaron y inmediatamente en mi cuenta se descontó el costo de el pasaje de mytrip , no es posible , necesito que me respondan o mi boleto de viaje eso fue el sábado y eh escrito múltiples correos eh intento llamar y no contestan, respondan a mi correo luistorresp99@ gmail.com necesito respuesta inmediatamente o mi pasaje , no puede ser posible que sean una estafa. Y tan buenas reseñas que tenían, que decepción.

Already in July, airbaltic flights to Stockholm were canceled, which were to take place on 23.09 and back on 05.10. No refund has been made.

We double checked Your reservations-UYCA3H and V2NSN5. You can apply for a full refund for both flights since we see the same route and the same passengers. Since you have purchased the tickets through a travel agency, we are not able to refund prepaid ticket money to your bank accounts.

In case you wish to receive a money refund, please contact the agency.

Unfortunately, airBaltic can only proceed with a refund when tickets have been purchased directly from us.
But there will be no answer from Mytrip and the money will not be returned.

We booked a return flight through mytrip with LOT airlines in January. The flight was supposed to happen at the beginning of april, but due to Covid it was cancelled. LOT clearly stated that we could get a refund, and we asked it immediately at the end of march. Until now, mytrip has not provided us with the refund, has sent us only automatic emails saying they are busy. We have tried to get in touch with them through email and phone for months, but they hide and keep our money.

Always book directly with the airline company, never book through these intermediary agencies, they're scams!
