Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're thrilled to hear that you're pleased with the item and truly apologise for any inconvenience the delivery process may have caused. We understand how important it is to receive your orders promptly, especially when it's something special for your son.

We'd like to explain that we strive to provide the best possible service, and part of that involves choosing reliable courier services for our international shipments from Poland. This ensures that your items arrive safely and are handled with care throughout their journey. The delivery charge also helps us cover necessary expenses like import fees, which are part of ensuring that we comply with all regulations and deliver your product without any unexpected delays or additional charges upon arrival.

We recognise that waiting can be frustrating, and we're continuously working to improve our logistics and reduce delivery times. Your feedback is invaluable to us in this process.

We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better in the future.

Warm regards,
myWalls.co

Dear Einir,

First and foremost, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for the frustration and disappointment you've experienced with your order. It is never our intention to leave a customer feeling dissatisfied or unsupported, and we're genuinely sorry that we fell short of not just your expectations, but ours as well.

Regarding the communication issues, we attempted to reach out via email to provide updates on your order, but unfortunately, it seems there was an error with the mailbox that prevented our messages from being delivered properly. We are deeply sorry for this technical issue and the lack of communication it caused. We understand how important it is to be kept informed, especially when it concerns something as special as a canvas for your daughter.

We are relieved to know that despite these challenges, your parcel was delivered on time. However, we recognise that the journey to get there was far from the smooth, hassle-free experience you deserve. We take full responsibility for the areas where we fell short and are actively working to improve our customer service and communication processes to ensure this does not happen again.

We would like the opportunity to make things right. If there's anything specific we can do to address your concerns or if you have any further feedback, please don't hesitate to contact us directly at contact@mywalls.co. Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve and provide the quality service our customers should expect.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust and prove that your experience was an exception to our usual standards.

Best wishes,
myWalls.co

Dear Ashley,

I'm sorry you didn't receive a confirmation email. We are constantly working on upgrading our systems and recently we've been tackling an issue where certain accounts are receiving emails to the spam box. Did you check the junk folder by any chance? I contacted you earlier today about the tracking number.

You can see that your order is already on the way!
