There was a slight delay in the delivery of my order, but TinyCraft did a great job in informing me about it and everything went smoothly. The Flower Loft was totally worth waiting for.

I had a great experience with this miniature kit. Everything was nicely designed and the little details were beautiful. I really enjoyed putting it together, and the finished result looks so charming, especially with the lights on. A really fun and satisfying project for anyone who enjoys miniatures and crafting!

My model arrived with the box damaged and some pieces missing. I immediately contacted Tinycraft customer service. They went above and beyond to make this situation right with several options. I couldn't be more happy with the way the handled this situation. special kudos to Tammy who resolved this matter in a professional and timely manner

After 3wks waiting..box was very squashed when it came..when opened it was not the one ordered.

I purchased The Flower Loft as a gift and it was a huge hit. Everything arrived on time and packaged perfectly from TinyCraft.

Super fun and with high quality. Every piece matches perfect as intended, the model is so detailed and building it was a great experience. I loved the fact that it had lights because it makes it look so beautiful at nights. The size is good for any shelf so you will be able to fit it on any corner of your home.

Items are generic and dropshipped from China with far longer delivery times than they claim. Priced twice as expensive as you could get them on amazon.

The Flower Loft immediately drew my attention and I'm glad I decided to purchase it. TinyCraft made ordering and delivery a breeze.

I had a query about The Twilight Library prior to ordering and TinyCraft answered almost instantly. Excellent customer service and a charming build to create.

My experience started off poorly when we received The Potion Workshop kit and noticed it did not include any lighting as advertised. Initially I thought they failed to send the lights, but it became apparent the kit was not made to have lights. I contacted customer service, expecting to be given the run around, and was pleasantly surprised with the level of care with which I was treated. They looked into it and acknowledged the description on their website was wrong. They offered me a 50% return initially, but once I explained that it would still leave me paying $30 for a kit that is only worth $15/$20, they gave me a full refund. They were kind, responsive, and I really felt like they cared. Pretty rare these days! I’m leaving 4 stars because I cannot attest to the quality of their kits with lighting, and shipping time was a little lengthy. I will be shopping with them in the future when they have kits I’m interested in with a competitive price.

First time ordering from TinyCraft and it could not be better. The Twilight Library has plenty of charming little touches and the entire shopping process was seamless.

The Twilight Library was purchased by me for a relaxing weekend, and it was really fun. I have received all updates about my order during the whole ordering process.

I have received 6 of the Tiny Craft Soul Bookstore Kits and I really only wanted 1. What is going on? I don't really know if I have been charged for all 6. I've never built tiny things; I've built computers from scratch, if that counts! Tinycraft is a quality product. Their advertisement is brilliant. It comes with a beautiful, sturdy box and shows you how much care they put into their product. On top of everything else, their customer service is top-notch. I sent them an email; within five minutes, I got my reply- yes, from a real person! Building things relaxes people and takes everyday worries out of your mind. If anybody out there wants to build these tiny things, go for Tinycraft. It is worth every penny you spent on it. Thank you, Tinycraft; keep producing.

Never have I been disappointed with TinyCraft products. It has been really interesting to assemble The Lotus Pavilion; everything was well-packed.
