Jamie made the process of setting up our ISAs as easy as possible. Everything was explained in detail and all of our queries were answered. I was a bit wary initially but after Jamie ran through all of the information I have confidence we have invested wisely.

I attended a seminar provided for NHS staff by My Wealth and found the information really useful. I knew I needed to start planning my pension seriously and wanted more guidance. I spoke with Jamie Carthew who was friendly, patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and helping understand how the NHS pension works. As I also hold a private pension from a previous job, he helped me understand the benefits of investing in a SIPP, and conducted a thourough assessment of my risk personality to ensure I wasn't uncomfortable with the outcome. The whole process was really interesting and I've definitely gained a better understanding of pensions and feel well looked after by My Wealth. I can log in at any time to view my investments and am able to contact Jamie and his colleagues without problem if I have any questions. I'd recommend My Wealth to anyone feeling a bit lost about pensions and investments. There is no spiel and no patronising.

I am currently receiving my State Pension as well as a Pension from a previous employment. This has taken me into the 40% tax bracket.

I now know that I can reduce the number of days that I work and will still be comfortable with my reduced salary and have very much less of my income taxed at the higher level.

I can continue paying into my Pension for a while longer and add funds paid into my ISA to my pension.

I didn't know any of this before speaking with John.
My main concerns was taking my Pension at a point that I did not feel ready.

Based on John calculations of my reduced income and pension payments. I am now completely comfortable with my future plans.

Had a series of talks with Niamh Baines before I retired and since. She explained complex things clearly and I felt able to make my own informed decisions without being pushed in any direction. Only niggle is that they haven’t got my name right on the app despite chasing (it’s double barrelled and they’ve missed half off) though the account itself has the right name.

The service provides a good growth rate and are keen to discuss pros and cons of investments etc. They dont hurry you and try to get you to invest. Great service
