A warning to all long-term users of Alienware Arena:My account (Username: Slimin) has been completely clean for nearly 10 years. I registered back when game keys were still distributed via old forums. Over a decade, I painstakingly and legitimately accumulated ARP points, achieved Tier 5, and connected my high-value personal Steam and Twitch accounts. I have never used cheats, bots, or multiple accounts.Recently, right before the Vault event, my account was suddenly Suspended by an automated filter. Alienware didn't even bother to send an automated notification email about the ban — it was done completely in secret.I have officially escalated my complaint twice to the senior management of iGames, Inc. (info(a)igamesinc.com) and standard support, providing solid proof of identity and linked platforms. The result? Absolute silence and total ignorance.They let their broken automated scripts lock out real users who spent a decade supporting their community, while ignoring official human appeals. Earning ARP points via marketplace artifacts and Twitch drops means nothing to them. They will happily freeze your 10 years of hard work without a single explanation or human review.Alienware Arena support is a complete sham. If you care about your gaming accounts and your time, be warned — you could be the next veteran they silently throw away.

Among other things, they let you do "quests" (read: tedious daily tasks) to earn Dell Reward Points (read: Dell vouchers).

Last May, Dell wiped a lot of these, rewriting all the transaction history on their side in the process.
But Alienware Arena still had their own logs (which seemed unaltered but are unfortunately partial), and Alienware Arena support claimed on Discord: "We are advocating for everyone with lost rewards/cleared history. As of right now, the best way to get a resolution is to keep making tickets. If they close it, open again and DM me the support agent that closed your ticket. Keep asking to escalate and don't take no for an answer."

I followed those instructions. All I got as a response was "I see your balance as X, what should it be?", to which I provided a detailed reply and never got an answer.

On a side note, I don't know how to report this, but the website is called "Alienware Arena", not just "Alienware", which is a (formerly independent) Dell gaming brand.

i have been banned because being friend (referral) of a banned user.... its imposible a dialogue with support, they are as stones.

I would login into Alienware Arena just for the giveaways, nothing more, that's literally it, and they just randomly banned me for apparently no reason, they never sent me an email of why, they don't care

I login to find a message that reads, "Your account has been suspended," so I contacted them and looked around, and found out other people got randomly banned for no reason, too?? Apparently from what other ppl said to control traffic, or it was an automated ban? Also, after emailing them, they pretty just said, "ToS," then ignored my emails, and didn't follow up, they didn't explain why, nor could they get a mod to review why I got randomly banned -- I assumed banned for giveaways because that's all I did on their site, just go to the giveaways... very shady company banning me for their giveaways

Look around online, and there's other ppl who got apparently randomly banned

Gives away steam keys and beta keys from time to time. Has weekly quests that you can do to level up and once you level up to a specific level (5, 10, 15, etc.) you can get Alienware products and dell rewards money.

I have been on this site for a few months now and have gotten a few steam keys, beta keys and dlcs.
It's a trustable site.
