the first order i received turned out to be the wrong item, however their customer support was amazing with quick response times and a pre-paid return label.
i was then assured that they would send out the correct item within 2 days with a new tn, a week passed but i heard nothing so i had to contact them again. this time they said it would be dispatched that day however, it was sent out a few days after this
i received my order today so thank you, however i probably won’t shop here again due to a lack of reliability imo. i don’t want to shop somewhere and be constantly in doubt of whether i will receive my order, i have to wait on 2 other preorders to dispatch so hopefully those go more smoothly

Very slow with shipping
Very slow with shipping. It says my package had been sent on dec 29th. It didn't they created the label, that's it. To get that info, I had to download an extra app. Not going to order there again if they mess up with my second order there too.

I can confirm that your order was dispatched on 29th December. The shipping option selected at check out was standard international shipping, which does not include tracking. The number you were provided with is a package reference number, not full tracking. This is outlined at checkout and in our shipping information.
Both UK and international post experience delays over the Christmas to New Year period, particularly with untracked services, which may have caused a delay in the receipt of your item.

My album was packaged extremely well - in fact i was surprised at the amount of bubble wrap!😂 Absolutely perfect, thank you. Will be buying from Nabiitopia again soon!
